  • Summary:

    This beautiful and modern upper condo features high ceilings, a total of 5 beds, and heated pool and spa views from the deck. The primary bedroom has a king bed, while the 2nd bedroom has a full/twin bunk bed, and there's an additional fold-out bed in the living room. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, and the fully stocked kitchen includes a stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, pots, pans, and kitchenware.

    The Space:

    Smart Roku TVs in each room have cable and streaming services, and guests can enjoy fast Wi-Fi, a cozy log-burning fireplace, and free old-school video games. The deck also features a propane BBQ. Pool and Spa open year round.



    The condo is conveniently located steps from the lake and the beautiful Boulder Bay Park, as well as walking distance to kayak and bike rentals. It's also near the famous Castle Rock Hiking Trail and a short drive to the Village and Alpine Slide. Guests can even walk to the shuttle transit service for nearby ski resorts.



    Guests who book with this condo can get 10% off all ski rentals and 10% off all kayak and bike rentals through Get Boards Rentals in Big Bear, with a coupon code that will be provided after booking. This condo offers an affordable and convenient option for guests to enjoy all that Big Bear has to offer.

Overall it was pleasant stay. Wish they provided pool towels and there were at least three dead chipmunks in the pool daily

Cozy stay with amazing Lake access

The condo was as expected. It worked for our needs as a family of 4. The location was prefect as it was close enough to the village and everything we did while staying in big bear. Walking access to the lake was amazing for morning and evening strolls and very convenient for kids to fish.

Listing description and pictures are accurate. Good size space for my husband, myself, and our two teens. Enough kitchen essentials to cook when we felt like it. Nice, quiet neighborhood/complex. Clean and well maintained pool area.

My kids absolutely loved the galaga/ pac-man and the bunk beds. Would absolutely stay again! Walking distance to boulder bay and super short drive to restaurants

Cozy place to stay

It was very cozy and clean. My family and i had a good time there. We ha d a luttle trouble with billing but the owner of the priperty communicated wonderfully and everything was taken care of. We will be visiting again soon.

Warm and cozy cabin

This cabin was more ont he modern side, but did not dissapoint. All amenities matched the online description. I appreciate the carpet becasue from past canin experiences, hardwood floors make the cabin cold so the carpet was good to preserve the warmth. The pool and hot tub were both clean. The place was clean and stocked up on basics, for arriving and leaving. Thank you far having us!

This condo was so cozy & comfortable!!

Me, my husband and our teenage daughter loves everything about this condo. From the coziness, to the separate bedrooms for privacy along with the family room for family time. This was our first time staying in the mountains and the location was just perfect. Look no further, this condo was a home away from home! And Mario responded to our questions and concerns at such a timely fashion.

This condo was gorgeous! It's perfect for a couple and just as great if you have kids! Everything was clean, there is a big tv in the living room and one in each bedroom. The fireplace ads a romantic touch and the balcony is great to barbeque or just chill on. The view on the balcony is of the pool and Jacuzzi which are both clean and a nice treat. Boulder bay is walking distance for fishing or a picnic. The location is perfect! I called the host, (Mario), the day we arrived. Very nice guy as is his wife! They set us up well! We will return here but in the downstairs condo. We loved our stay here! Thank you Mario for providing this as a rental!!

Big Bear weekend getaway

This was a great condo. It is an older unit, but very, very clean. Everything worked well. It was the perfect size for our family of four. We loved the decor. The property manager did a fabulous job and was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We would definitely recommend taking advantage of the 15% discount at Get Boards for renting kayaks. The location of the condo was perfect and walking distance to great food at the Blanca and Pierre‘s. The entire condo complex was very quiet and we never even heard any of the neighbors. Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it to anybody. It was also very affordable!

Was not able to stay, we're declined at the last minute with no explanation. We were already on our way and had to find last minute accommodations which of course came at a higher price. Communication would have solved the issues and would have allowed us to make another plan.....disappointed.

Boulder Bay - great stay!

Communication with the property manager is excellent; he's very responsive. The condo is a little outdated, but very clean and a nice place to stay. It was perfect for myself, my husband, and our 2 teenage boys. Never having been to Big Bear before, we weren't sure how this location would be. If you're ok with needing to drive to everywhere you want to go, it's fine. I can see how it might be problematic when the town is really busy because there's only one main road to get through town and Boulder Bay is at the far end, so if traffic backs up, it could take a while to get where you want to go. It wasn't a problem during our stay, but just a warning if you're going when it might be more crowded. Overall, a 5-star rating from us!
