Walking distance to some great local restaurants and shops, and a very short drive to everything else. Clean and well appointed condo with private covered parking on a shady quite street, quintessential South Austin as I remember it from my time as a resident 25 years ago. "What a special home! It truly is a gem (looks just like the pics) and served as a perfect sanctuary for our 4 night visit. We LOVED the neighborhood. Very quiet and charming. Central to everything we wanted to access via walking or biking (rented bikes)…Lady Bird Lake, DT Austin, South Congress, and a few blocks from Mattie’s (to celebrate bday/dinner). "The only thing we could not figure out was the upstairs tv. We could not get it to work. The other tvs were very small but we were nit in the house that much during the day so it was ok. House Is gorgeous. Perfect location and tons of room. Will definitely come back. "
