A well located large house well suited for a big family gathering. We had four families who were very comfortable in their individual spaces. The kids loved the pool, but with the beach so close they could choose either. A beautiful walk to the local surf club and with shopping only a few hundred metres away everything was very convenient.

The downstairs had a grubby floor - we all had black feet from walking on the floor. I also thought it was poor that no dishcloths or dish brushes were provided. Otherwise a great family house to stay in.

Great house for a large group

House is well set up for a large group. 8 bedrooms, basically two x 4 bdrm houses interconnected so two kitchens, lounges etc. Manager was responsive when we had an issue with a fuse. Would have been good to have some basics included salt, pepper, tea bags etc. just to save us buying everything. We would have replaced as needed. There wasn't really anything in the house. Nice and close to the beach and Mt Coolum for walks, IGA and small block of shops are in walking distance too. All in all a great house for what we needed.

The house was lovely and accommodated all 15 of us. It was in a great location with easy access to the beach, cafes and life surf club.

Needs TLC

Adequately provisioned The outdoor blue plastic Adirondack Like chairs need to be replaced. Several of us have blue stains on our white pants which are proving difficult to remove We cleaned the BBQ thoroughly on our departure. It was not as clean as that when we arrived. I was constantly hassled about the arrival time which i found irritating. One or two reminders would have been enough. Also heavy rain caused flooding in the entrance way When I attempted to phone the agents the phone rang out

Nice Stay

The house is great and has heaps of space and in a great location and it has space for everyone. Pool is great and nice and close to beach and if you like a fresh coffee the coffee shop is only a short walk. Owner of the property is really nice for we had the opportunity to meet him while waiting outside to get in. He let us in early and was very accommodating. Some things to look at; The house needs a good clean for there is dust and dirt and some dried food on floors and in corners and behind the game baskets as well as the outdoor area. Blinds have mold on them and doors to outdoor area need to be cleaned for a lot of dirt build up and hard to open and close. For interstate travelers there needs to be some consideration for checkin rather than just 3pm and just “wait n see” for a 12pm check in when flights land at 8am. Would still like to go back again though.

Fantastic location, close to a beautiful beach, patrolled, not sure if it just in school holidays. We had a family group of 14. Plenty of room. Lovely pool. Brilliant week

Not a "prestige" home

The place was not up to standard with regard to cleanliness. I would expect things like Gladwrap would be included in the 'starter pack'. WiFi doesn't work in any of the bedrooms???

Escape with life-long friends.

Beautiful house, well outfitted and generously equipped. Beds were very comfortable. Fabulous location-close to the beach, great boardwalks and a lovely coffee shop within walking distance. Quiet area. Sadly, all this was spoilt by how the property manager handled an issue of her making (by her admission) which stopped us from having any doors/windows open and unable to make use of the outdoor areas, including swimming pool. Issue was eventually resolved with no real responsibility taken by management and a minimum retribution offered which was later rescinded. This overshadowed our getaway but we did not let it spoil our fun!

Loved staying here . The beds were very comfy and the amenities were good albeit a little lacking in cleanliness. The drier looked like it hadn’t had the lint cleaned out for some time which could be a fire hazard. The pool was lovely and we all enjoyed plenty of time in it. Great walking tracks and close to the beach. All in all a great stay.

What a gem!

Beautiful house set in a lovely neighbourhood! Great that it could fit all 16 of us comfortably. Not a huge amount of communal space for that number but we were out quite a bit so that wasn’t a problem. Great communication with agency.

Perfect house for our family of 16 for our yearly getaway. Beach so close, and the pool literally at the doorstep. Lovely and clean and comfy beds, highly recommend.

Beautiful place to stay

Easy check in process and lovely dealings with Property Managers. Beautiful home that catered perfectly for our needs. We had 8 adults and 3 children (5yrs and 3yro). The house felt very homely. The property was well maintained tranquil and very clean. The neighbourhood is lovely and quiet. I loved waking to the sound of the ocean and local wildlife. The kids loved it. A beautiful short walk to the patrolled beach. Safe walking tracks for families. Shops are a short drive. Certainly a place we would like to stay at again. Thank you :)

Mt Coolum beach house

Loved our stay in this gorgeous house with our friends and kids. Was perfect for young families in terms of the space, having a pool, proximity to beach and neighbourhood parks. House was immaculately clean with nice decor, linens and extra touches like soap, shampoo, conditioner in toilets and bathrooms. Would love to book again in the future.

Fantastic House

Beautiful well appointed home. Plenty of space for our extended family. Everything has been thought of - all you need in a holiday house - great kitchen/laundry facilities and excellent living areas. Pool well used by our group - even an outdoor shower for when you come off beach. Patrolled beach is close by, also boardwalk and great walking paths. Great cafe very close by. An IGA grocery store along with other cafe, takeaway, shops, bakery, pharmacy and medical centre is only 5 min drive away - easy walking distance. Clean modern well maintained home. All in our family agreed it was an excellent place to stay. We would be very keen to stay again!
