Easter short vacation

Great location, good access for children and pets once we learned of rear access to the property. Good walking for dog.The only negative I would mention is not enough lounge seating for a family.Adequate room everywhere else.Clean and comfortable.Would stay again.

Great Location and Pet-Friendly, But Falls Short on Luxury

We were grateful to bring our dogs, and the villa was very pet-friendly with a good layout. However, for the number of people the villa can accommodate, there was insufficient seating. At $500 per night, we felt the experience didn’t live up to our expectations, as the property appeared tired. The decor seemed dated, with rust on the fans and light fittings, and the furniture showed visible signs of wear and tear. Additionally, there weren’t enough towels, and no extra sheets were provided for the beds. While the location was fantastic, we were hoping for a more luxurious experience.

7 day break

Ver nice apartment, can be noisy with the breaking surf and traffic. Just far enough from the main town with a nice coastal walk just 15 mins to the main shopping areas.

Great views and large airy unit. Jackhammering and drilling in next door unit from early morning made habitation impossible during day. Water turned off on arrival - in spite of numerous calls to agent we had to work out how to fix it ourselves the next day before we heard from property manager. Floors dirty. Would have appreciated a warning beforehand re construction

Great View of the Ocean

Good Unit. Great view of ocean. Little courtyard to unit so great for pets to go outside. A downside is you can’t park in the garage as it is near impossible to drive in & out of. Overall a good place to stay.

Perfect location & views

We had a wonderful stay. The house & kitchen were well appointed. The location is just magic! The views are stunning & the sea breeze was just beautiful. The only downside was we had a toddler with us who loves to climb stairs & there were 3 stair cases inside the house. But for teenagers & older kids it’s absolutely perfect. Was so nice to sit outside watching the ocean and eating meals together & listen to the waves at night. It’s a beautiful location & property.

Excellent

Great views from every level of the unit.There are about 15 to 20 steps from one level to the next.We are both in our late 7o's it was a bit of a struggle for us.A few maintanance issues as well like shower knob ,changing to spa spout not working.Back Patio really needs a good clean up.Main bedroomn with kingbed was comfy and the view just breathtaking, it was very noisy from busy mainroad.2nd bed with queen where hubby slept ok.Singles need new Mattresses.And the Garage is very awqward to drive in, this wall beside the pool needs to be looked at.You need to be fit to walk to town,but nice walkways from house to close by beaches and lookouts.If it wasnt for the stairs we would certainly be back.

My only concern was the garage, definitely need a small car. Also the main bed needs to be replaced, not supportive at all, did suffer back aches.

Beautiful location. Magnificent views. Great for the dogs with a private courtyard. Fantastic property with everything we needed and more. Easy contactless check in and check out. Property Manager (Vicki) very open and helpful at every point. We had a wonderful holiday. Thank you.

Great stay

Great spot for the Xmas / new year break. A couple of tips that aren’t in the instructions. The townhouse has a back gate which gives you access to the street behind. Also there are 2 guest car parks on site. The kitchen is well stocked with all the kitchen accessories you need. There was also beach towels provided. The only thing missing was a bbq.

A Perfect Weekend

We stayed in this unit for the weekend, it was right opposite a beautiful cove for swimming, lots of shade in the afternoon. Plus we could sit on the balcony and watch the surfers. A great walk along the boardwalk into town for delicious breakfastt, and a well stocked kitchen for cooking when we wanted to - we had a blast. Thank you

Fantastic views!

Great place in Coolum across from the beach. Best thing is the views. The walk to town is further than I thought with hills. There is a rooftop but not set up well with rusted furniture and no shade. There could be more kitchen staples pepper, salt, kitchen roll, tea, coffee, milk etc.
