There are two outdoor areas downstairs as well as a BBQ. There is a Nespresso pod machine as well as full laundry facilities.



The first level comprises of the 3 spacious bedrooms and the main bathroom. The master bedroom with balcony overlooks Noosa river and tropical foliage. There is also a spacious ensuite bathroom off the master bedroom. The second bedroom also has a balcony with views over the river. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV, fan and reverse cycle A/C.



Parking in Noosa is a nightmare so you can park your car safely in the single carport directly outside the front door and walk to all amenities.
