In the heart of Noosa, walk around the corner for your morning coffee, with a range of gourmet cafes, delicious restaurants, coastal boutiques, and all conveniences (supermarket, cinema etc) within easy reach. Or walk or ride to chic Hastings Street's restaurants, boutiques and bars, and swim at one of Australia's best beaches.



Getting Around:

Walk to Hastings Street or take the beautiful Noosa National Park walk along the coastline for some of the best views in Noosa. For a relaxing ride, take one of the bikes along the easy terrain bike path to Sunshine Beach. Had enough walking/riding/general exercise? The bus stop is 50m away with a free ride just about anywhere in Noosa over the holidays. Driving is easy around here but if you're heading to Hastings St, relax and leave the car at home. We also have local ubers and taxis if you need.



Other Things to Note:

Noosa Council Local Laws & Noise Restrictions.

Our local council have passed new laws for all holiday accommodation properties in the Shire from the 1st of February 2022. The laws are mostly in regards to any type of excessive noise that will disturb our residential neighbours at any time but especially after 10pm at night. Excessive noise is deemed as loud talking, laughing or singing as well as loud music or screaming and shouting. Council have a 24/7 complaints hotline for residents of Noosa and a security team member will need to respond to complaints with 30 minutes, either via phone call to you or a visit to the property. If this occurs during your stay the charge for the call / callout will be submitted for payment to the main guest. Please remember these are not our individual host rules but are Council laws which we must respect to keep our holiday management rights for the property. These are reviewed annually and will be declined if complaints are made. We kindly ask you not to take your frustration out on our team.
