    Welcome to The Jasmine, an incredible estate nestled in the heart of Montville's enchanting landscape. This serene home overlooks the captivating country scenery and even offers glimpses of the sparkling ocean beyond, making it the perfect place to watch the sunrise and sunset alike. The main home contains 3 beautiful bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms while the separate, self-contained detached studio features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom & kitchen.



    The Space:

    Immerse yourself in beauty and tranquillity at this gorgeous getaway hidden in the hills of the hinterland. This hinterland haven is positioned perfectly in relation to the very best sights and scenes of Montville. A short 5-minute drive will take you to the town of Montville while wineries, wedding venues and Lake Baroon are all close by as well. Private and picturesque, the main house and studio are situated on a lush 5850m2 block lined with fruit trees and manicured lawns.

    The residence is split between the main home and a separate, self-contained detached studio.



    Characterised by high ceilings and timeless design touches, the main house features a functional open-plan kitchen, living and dining room. Floor to ceiling bifold doors create a seamless transition between the interior of the home and the stunning sights outside. Complete with quality appliances, the kitchen caters to your every culinary need. There is also a separate wine and cocktail bar adjacent to the kitchen.



    For those who need a quiet space to work or study from home, there is a fully-furnished office. There is also a separate lounge room complete with a cosy fireplace, a pool table and plenty of seating to sit back and relax in front of the smart TV. There is ducted air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout the home.



    The configuration of the bedrooms and bathrooms are as follows:



    Bedroom 1 (Master Bedroom): Soak up the views of the hinterland or watch a movie on the smart TV from the comfortable queen-size bed. Store and present your holiday outfits in the large walk-in wardrobe or relax by running a beautiful bubble bath in the ensuite.



    Bathroom 1 (Ensuite): Large walk-in shower, double vanity, toilet and bathtub.



    Bedroom 2: Plush double bed, built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan.



    Bedroom 3: Comfortable double bed, built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan.



    Bathroom 2 (Main bathroom): Modern, walk-in shower, toilet, and vanity.



    Bathroom 2.5 (Powder room): Toilet and vanity.



    The expansive outdoor deck and entertainment area present the perfect opportunity to enjoy the company of family and friends. The gardens are gorgeous and offer panoramic views of the hinterland, coastline and beyond. Wake up early to watch the sunrise over peaks of the pacific ocean while listening to the sound of native birds and wildlife.



    Detached studio configuration:

    Fully equipped kitchen stocked with amenities and appliances including a coffee machine, dishwasher, full-sized fridge, stove top, oven and microwave.



    Queen-size bed overlooking the stunning hinterland sights that are invited in by floor-to-ceiling bifold doors. The room also contains a comfortable couch and smart TV with access to applications such as Netflix. There is also a large ensuite complete with a bathtub, vanity, shower and toilet (Bathroom 3). Start your day by sipping your morning coffee on the outdoor deck and immerse yourself in the simplicity and serenity of countryside living.



    Guest Access:

    You will have access to the entire home, the detached studio and a double garage. There is room on the driveway for an additional 3-6 vehicles, plus plenty of free street parking.



    The Neighborhood:

    This particular home is positioned perfectly in relation to the very best sights and scenes of Montville. There is so much to see and do in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, you can explore charming art galleries, wineries, boutique shops, and cosy cafes. Take a trip to Lake Baroon (5-minute drive away), visit Flame Hill Vineyard (2-minute drive away), or stroll along the main street of Montville. This area is known for its scenic drives, hikes, stunning lookouts, waterfalls and delicious local produce. The home is only a 10 minute drive to the Kondalilla National Park where you will find picturesque hiking trails, lush rainforests and a swimming hole with a waterfall to cool off in the warmer months. If you’re looking to indulge in fine wine and dining, the home is only a short drive away from the Flame Hill Vineyard and the exquisite Secrets on the Lake restaurant, both surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty.

    Getting Around:

    Nestled in the rural town of Montville, this home offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Having a car at your disposal is highly recommended, as there is no close by public transport, this will allow you the freedom to explore the picturesque Sunshine Coast Hinterland and beyond at your own pace.



    Other Things to Note:

    *We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*

    *No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)



    *Please note the home is on tank water and not on mains water.



    *This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.



    *Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.

The size of the property was perfect to accomodate our family. Amenities were great, views were amazing and the layout was perfect for a large group. We will definitely recommend this home to family and friends. It was perfect. The location was a short distance from both Montville and Maleny shopping and cafes.

Beautiful home.Very comfortable.Great layout.Beatiful view.Being a bit picky which may not be a neagtive for others but the beautiful deck had a little pergola structure with a vine growing on it for shade but the the vine would drop a small mess every day.

Spacious & Quiet

Impressive property & house. Pool table was great for family fun. Kitchen was large & views were beautiful. Lots of seating areas both inside & out. The external 'granny flat' was a lovely separation for the parents. Netflix was provided for a nice extra. Loved that bags of ice were supplied, which was unexpected but very useful. Appliances were of great quality. Plentiful toilet paper supply & paper towel, nice touch with marshmallows also. Downside was lack of timber for the fireplace, for the price we would have expected the stockpile to be full but we were told to go & purchase our own & then it would be reimbursed. At over $1000 per night we were disappointed. Lack of bowls in the kitchen also, nothing to serve chips or a salad in. We had mouse droppings on the lounge, under a pillow in the main room & they were heard moving around in the quiet of night. Location was excellent, view terrific, heaps of living space, a nice property to explore.
