Thank you for your detailed feedback and sorry to hear not all was to your expectations. We do advertise that all beach houses will have stair access and internal stairs, as booking on a travel site, I hope this information was evident. Apologies that you had to experience the QLD bug life while here, we do conduct annual Pest Control and we have not received any other feedback regarding bugs, however we will look into it. You booked a Standard Beach House via the Expedia site, our standard beach houses are of the lower category and price is reflected in this. The particular one occupied is scheduled for demolish/rebuild next year. The cleaning of the beach house will be looked into, and we certainly could of had our cleaning team address the factors, if we were aware of them while you were in house. Dear Hadi, Sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay with us. Obviously we are unsure as to why with no other feedback. You did book a budget unit and were upgraded to a standard but again we are sorry that you did not love our Hastings Street accomodation.

Yes the beach houses are not ideal for people with mobility issues and we do our best to show and explain this on all booking websites. Being in the centre of Noosa heads can sometimes be a bit noisy but with that comes the convenience of not needing a car as everything is within walking distance. We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay. It is unfortunate that you booked into our budget beach house instead of a superior one. We advertise it as a budget and at a budget price because it is not renovated but it is not going to be pulled down. A lot of guests love to stay in our budget accommodation as it means they can afford to stay on Hastings Street and enjoy it's close proximity to the beach. We do not mislead anyone with this beach house as it is budget accommodation but it does not have unsafe stairs or anything broken it is just not recently renovated. Thanks for the feedback. So sorry you were impacted by noise outside the property. I can only think that it was from the nearby restaurants and venues as people were leaving, Noosa can be unpredictable with noise but generally it is pretty quiet around here! Hi Paul, Sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay. We do not have any photos showing direct beach access as we are over the road from the beach. Unfortunately one night stays are always more expensive, particularly a weekend overnight on Hastings Street as there is a very high demand and the house still has to have a full clean and linen change. We do have photos of all our beach houses online so people can see exactly what they are like as we do not want to be misleading at all. Again very sorry you were disappointed.

Thank you for your feedback, house 2 is getting knocked down this year and rebuilt... we are always looking for ways to cut our carbon footprint and one of those is not to provide small plastic items and tubes of shampoo etc. however we do provide soap, washing up liquid, dishwasher powder, all purpose spray and handwasher, we make sure these items are recycled. hopefully we will see you again. kind regards
