Womderful Family Holiday

Looked for the perfect holiday house for sometime before booking this beauty with our 3 adults children and familes. In total 12 guests. Location was perfect being so close to the beach, house was gorgeous with everything we needed and the property managers were excellent. On arrival check in was so easy with great communication. Cleaniness of house was above average. Kitchen was fully equiped with everything we could need and the bedding was perfect for our needs with 8 adults and 4 Grandchildren. The beautiful clean pool was a huge hit for everyone. Highly recommend for a wonderful holiday and we will definitely be rebooking.

Seaside Beach House, Marcoola

Huge holiday home well equipped with the basics to start your stay. Very spaceous allowing the children space to play. A short walk from the beach and the pool is great if you love the water. Would have rated it 5 star if not for a little bit of extra cleaning required and inflexiblity with dropping off luggage. The family loved the home and were reluctant to leave.

We booked this months ago and travelled from all over Australia to meet. After a 12 hour trip it was frustrating that we were required to submit mobile phone numbers for each person (something I considered unnecessary & when I rang to query the need I was told to “make up the numbers” so the booking could be completed). It would also be nice (for the cost of the property) to at least have a teabag and some milk (rather than have to find a shop) on arrival ! The supplies were also lacking (2 tea towels for a 9 day stay for 8 people, no dishwashing liquid etc although these were provided when requested) (after the weekend). The instructions on checking out also are not clear ie what are you supposed to do with the used linen? You are very detailed as what not to do!! The property is very noisy- sound echoes and with a 3 year old this was difficult. Doors rattle when it is windy, water came in through one of the louvred windows (the top was flywire only) and there were no door mats so keeping the floor dry going in and out was a hassle. There was mold on windows, one bathroom was tiny, nowhere to hand a towel with no ventilation. The sliding doors are unable to be locked, are extremely difficult to open and close and old hands find them extremely difficult. The cleaning requirements on vacating we’re also onerous (we have left every property we have stayed in clean and tidy and have never been threatened with having to pay a cleaning crew if it’s not considered up to scratch)

Sounds of the ocean in a beautiful location

A beautiful property with average hospitality. Comfortably fitted 11 adults, however given the cost of the property beds were of average quality and there were no extras. An Aldi coffee machine with no coffee pods nor advice that you needed to buy Aldi coffee pods ( no Aldi nearby just IGA). Internet was very poor. Backs onto beautiful coastal bush and easy walk to a stunning beach. Life surfing club walking distance for lunch/ dinner drinks. Coffee shop close by. Easy driving to Coolum beach Maroochydore and Mt Coolum- which is worth climbing.

Multi generation family holiday

Excellent for adults and older children however had to block stairs for babies and toddlers. It was convenient and close to everything and we had a wonderful family time. The home was very comfortable and having the pool was great

If you are looking for a big family getaway all under the one roof, its fanatic.

Seaside Beach House

This property was very spacious, accommodated all of us - 12 - bedroom/bathroom setup suited us perfectly. The location was very peaceful, plenty of parking for the cars too. The pool got plenty of use and the beach wasn’t far away either. Great spot for a group of friends or family!
