Balcony: Very large, tiled balcony furnished with a comfortable L-shaped outdoor sofa and a separate outdoor dining table, perfect for enjoying the coastal breeze and panoramic vistas.

Living Area: Open-plan living and dining area featuring a large grey sofa and a modern dining set, bathed in natural light from expansive glass doors that connect seamlessly to the balcony.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire Unit 502 apartment. The Seabourn building features security entrances and a lift to take you directly to your 5th-floor unit. Parking is available in a private tandem lock-up garage.

Key Collection:

After-hours key collection is handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office.

If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival.

For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.



Interaction with Guests:

The host will not be present during your stay. Key collection is handled via a lock box, allowing for a smooth, self-check-in experience. We are available remotely via message or phone for any questions or assistance you may need.
