Perfect place to stay in Noosaville. The apartment itself has everything you'd need and is spotlessly clean. It's a short walk to bars and restaurants and a short cycle / drive to Noosa. Cliff is a really good host and responded to messages really quickly. As has been stated many times the apartment is at the top of 3 flights of stairs with no lift so if mobility is an issue then this isn't for you. Other than that I'd recommend it for anyone staying in Noosaville.

The apartment is very well equipped and in a great location. Lots of games and the kitchen equipment you could need. quite steep stairs going up to it if you have anyone who is less Mobile. The gist was super helpful allowed us an early check-in and a late checkout and was very available for the one question I had.

Spacious apartment with lovely touches

This was a lovely apartment to stay in. Rentals can often feel bland and unloved, but this one came with all the comforts of home. We really appreciated that there was a coffee maker and ground coffee when we arrived. The kitchen was well equipped enough to cook and the space was huge. Fantastic location in Noosaville with comfortable beds, and the hosts just a call away if we needed anything. Highly recommended.

The unit was comfortable, clean and so very easy. I came up for the marathon and this was exactly what I needed, in a perfect position. Plenty of cafes and restaurants in walking distance, and was lovely having the water at the front door. Cliff was very easy to communicate with and so helpful. Will definitely be back.

We enjoyed the size of the apartment and the use of the balcony. A perfect location too. The BBQ and the washing machine made our stay more comfortable. It didn't quite live up to expectations, re. peak season pricing, but a deep clean and a refresh of bedding and drinkware would have gained another star.

Great place great owners

The apartment was quite clean, spacious, and had a lot of kitchen appliances and utensils for preparing our own meals. The owners were very hands on. We didn’t have any issues, but had we, I’m sure we would have been sorted straight away. Location is good. Near bus stop to the beach and on the inlet river close to your boats for the Everglades. Not super walkable to the beach but the owners offer bikes. We really enjoyed our stay here.

So nice to be near the river for walks and cafes especially when it was a car nightmare at Noosaheads. And 2 mins walk to the free holiday bus stop into town.Loved having use of bikes (bit scruffy but they work) and kayaks (with trolley).them to the river)

Noosaville unit cleaning issue

Property is in a great location, contact was easy to deal with but the cleanliness of the unit was very poor no kitchen tidy bags, floor had a slippery film over it, rubbish still in the unit and not put in the bin,food in the pantry & bathrooms had long strains of hair everywhere. For the price i paid for the unit i expected better standard.

Beautiful, comfortable, convenient

The space is beautiful and has lots of natural light. It's walkable to the waterfront and several restaurants. It's also convenient to a bus stop - a free shuttle was running for the holidays when we visited that went straight to Hastings Street. The bedrooms are far away from the workspace, so it's easy to get some work done without disturbing anyone. We stayed for 10 days and were very comfortable.

This is a comfortable, spacious apartment in a quiet location near the Noosa River. The kitchen and living area have all the mod cons you might need in your own home . It is lovely to walk along the river in the late afternoon to adjacent bars and restaurants. Cliff and Beth generously provide for a wide range of family holiday activities including board games, bikes, kayaks and surf boards! We really enjoyed a relaxing holiday in this location.
