Hi Shelley Thanks for your Feedback So we do offer a Toaster and utensils upon requestAs you know we do not have kitchenettes in our Rooms Reception is always open,Guests are more than welcome to request.We also prefer to not clutter the Rooms ,as space is minimal.Kind Regards Annie
