Great apartment and complex

Better than expected apartment and facilities on the water, short walk to Noosa main beach and Hastings St. Only negatives was the resort wouldn't hire equipment to us since the apartment is one of theirs and it's literally self catered including dishwashing detergent etc.

Nice resort complex with lots of amenities and well situated between Noosa Heads and Noosaville. Just off a major bus route to allow easy transit access. Only complaint about the stay was the check-in/out procedure. The key needed to be picked up at an office that was 2km away from the apartment. We came in late on a shuttle from the airport and didn't have a car so had to walk the 4km round trip to pick up the key to gain access. Had to go through a similar hassle to check out. Really should have a lock box on site and allow guest to just leave the keys in the unit on departure.

Trip and Laguna was fantastic. Furniture in the property was old and extremely un-comfortable. Kitchen was poorly stocked. Bed was small and very average mattress. Furnishings were lowest common denomitor. No lamps, side tables or summer rugs. Resort was fantastic.

Great location and good price

We loved our holiday here. The unit was only a 5 min drive into main beach, and also had a beach front on the bay. Apartment was just big enough for 2 adults 2 children (11 & 14) but was a bit dated - but for the price it was good

We had a wonderful stay at Noosa's little piece of paradise. The unit was clean and tidy and perfect for our needs. Great view and location.

Needs a renovation

Whilst unit was a superb location, it was so very tired. Lounges need a good clean or replacement, kitchen too. Kitchen benches, dining table, coffee table all were covered in crumbs and food stuff from previous guests. Kitchen benches had in-ground stains in laminate that could be removed with a good scrub. Towels were stained. Property managers were non responsive to my call for clean towels and expression that unit was dirty. I had to wash and clean myself. It was very disappointing as the location was beautiful. Unit has great potential. I just hope the property owners see this review and consider new management.

Great value resort holiday

Fantastic location within walking distance of everything! Unit is positioned as shown in pictures. Very comfortable - not luxurious but this is reflected in its affordability. We would stay here again without hesitation. Laguna staff and communications were excellent Highly recommended. If it's available, don't hesitate to book.

Needing a major renovation

Very nice location but the unit is seriously dated. Mattresses are brown with age (hopefully just age) and don't fit to the bed base- which is dangerous for small kids. Curtains are disintegrating and furniture appears to be over 20 years old. Fly screen are like paper due to age. NO Aircon!!! Beach just outside the window and shops down the street. Nice location

Something for everyone!

The location was perfect. The unit had everything we needed and the shops are just a stone's throw away. Everything was on our doorstep and being able to watch the kids fish from the balcony was fantastic. Would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

unhappy travellers

the property had beautiful views over the river, but only sun was first thing in the morning in the small back bedroom, The main bedroom bedding was old and repaired blankets, sheets were fresh, we arrived on a sunday and check in was very good, on Monday at 7.30am a gaggle of tradies turned up at the next door apartment and proceeded to operate kango hammers drills (much Noise), only went quiete at 4.30pm so you could'nt stay in the apartment until they left, did i mention the asbestos removal guys the next day? so this went on for the whole week, we left on saturday so we had 1 quiet morning, the complex itself was very good and i would recommend it ..just enquire as to renovations above , below or next door.
