We had the most amazing time on our trip up from Texas! The hosts were amazing and the property was even more amazing! My kids never got bored for even a moment. The inside accommodations were soooo nice it was hard to leave. We could have stayed so much longer! Looking forward to coming back again!

We loved this place so much. It was beautiful inside and the surrounding areas were breathtaking! The accommodations were very comfortable and more than enough space for our needs. It was so fun to have so many activities right there to enjoy. It made our experience very memorable. We’ll be back! Highly, highly recommend this place.

Football weekend

Wonderful property, beautiful area, was exactly what we were looking for. Loved the Sundance resort also. Hiked, sat by the camp fire, enjoyed the wildlife, cooked out, took in the beautiful scenery.

Family reunion

We had a wonderful stay! The host was amazing, responsive, and easy to contact. We loved the chalet, the pickle ball court, the stream, the zip line, and just being on the beautiful property. We hope to stay there again. Everything was perfect.

60th Anniversary Dinner & Stay of Dreams

Property is even more magic in person. Sleep with the sounds of the river running down the cabin, luxury showers, hiking, pickleball, hot tub, swings, grass and more. You won’t be disappointed staying here. Kitchen is better stocked than my home kitchen. Giant tables and gathering spaces. Lunched at Sundance 30 seconds away. We’ve stayed here twice and will stay again!

Great Place

Been going out to that region for many years. First place I would consider going back to, it is that good. 5 star all the way, all the little things made our trip great for all ages, 5-70 years old.

Amazing property

Fantastic contemporary home on beautiful property with so many special features. My kids and grandkids had nonstop fun. David is a terrific host, best I have ever dealt with at a Vrbo rental. Hope to visit again soon.

I could go on and on about this property, but the long and short of it is that it's gorgeous, perfectly clean, and fun. Every need has been anticipated, and then some. Will definitely be staying here again!

Girl Gang Gathering

Four childhood friends celebrating 40 years of friendship! We loved this space to reminisce, catch up and celebrate. We didn’t stay long enough to enjoy all the amenities, but the proximity to the resort and hiking trails was excellent. We hope to come back and stay longer.

Amazing!!!!

Hands down best rental we’ve ever stayed in. They had everything and more. We felt so relaxed, beds were so comfortable and room for everyone! My daughter was obsessed with the play house downstairs, and we enjoyed the hot tub and steam shower. We will be back for sure!

Perfect family getaway

Beatiful, clean canyon home with something for all ages. My granddaughters were delighted with the playhouse that was just their size. And the older kids and adults loved the zip line, pickleball court, grassy field, and hiking trail. Plenty of space to cook big meals and eat all together. The hosts were gracious, available, and thought of everything for a pleasant stay. We can’t wait to come back!

Chalet @ Nirvana Mountain

Perfection! I’ve rented a number of properties over the years and I must say this is absolutely top of my list! Not only is the house incredibly clean and organized, David has gone above and beyond by providing every possible amenity in every room of the house! The impressive kitchen has everything imaginable, and then some! Everything about this place, including our communications, says, “welcome, relax, enjoy!”

One-of-a-kind five-star experience

We truly did not want to leave. From the start as you drive through the private, gated entry to the house itself, you feel as if you’ve arrived home in a modern and relaxed mountain hideout. The layout of the rooms, design of the space and the furnishings are both comfortable, immaculately clean and tasteful. The host is friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The property is setup with a variety of outdoor games that are all ready to go when you arrive. Highly recommended for families.

Stunning Chalet with plenty of activities

We spent our anniversary at the Chalet and invited a few family members to join us. We enjoyed the property with the activities available, such as archery, frisbee golf, basketball and our favorite pickleball. We played hours of pickleball in the mountains enjoyed their BBQ grill, hot tub and played board games. Sundance is half a mile away and by recommendation, we went to Sunday brunch at the Foundry Grill which was epic. The Chalet itself is gorgeous with impressive, high end amenities, high ceilings, wonderful bathrooms. We will be back.

A Perfect Stay

Came for a weekend away with old college roommates and it was perfect from start to finish. David was incredibly kind and made sure we were comfortably set up. The house felt so clean (something I'm highly aware and particular about) and was perfectly stocked and in a way that feels intentional and with quality items, not in a way that makes you feel like you're living in the middle of someone else's things. We loved the proximity to Sundance, the peace of the property, thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and the outdoor spaces. Thank you for having us! It was every bit of what we were needing from a weekend away from life.

Bluebird Concert Family Weekend

My husband and I reserved this house with our 2 20-something sons' and their girlfriends. We attended the Sundance Bluebird Cafe concert on Saturday night and expected to return to Sundance on Sunday but we never left the property! We played pickleball, the boys played basketball and we did some target shooting. We BBQ'd on Sunday night and enjoyed the hot tub. We had such a great time. I loved that the kitchen was stocked with all the basics, i.e. olive oil, herbs. We will come again!

A picture perfect stay!

Our group had an absolutely wonderful time during our stay at the Chalet. David was a terrific and attentive host and helped make us feel comfortable and showed us all the terrific features of the house (including the steam shower!! Not to be missed!!). The house is even nicer than the photos, and well stocked with everything you could need, including very comfy beds, lot of towels, and spices and oils (which is so nice so you don't have to buy those things to cook). The location was perfect, literally a 3 minute drive to the resort to ski. And the little playhouse was amazing for our 10 month old who enjoyed it so much. We will definitely be back. Thank you again David!

Perfect!

This place is nothing short of amazing! 10 out of 10. Beautiful home, stunning decor, but it was all the little touches that made the difference. There was seriously everything we needed or forgot. Bathrooms and kitchen were all fully loaded! Because of the first snow off the season we didn’t get to utilize the gorgeous acreage it sits on but that did not stop our grandkids from enjoying the hot tub and building a snowman. Beds were all comfy. Even the extra mattresses for the floor and Murphy bed were high quality.. We only live 30 minutes away but we’ll be back!
