Great time!

We kicked off the summer with a family trip. The place was just as described, and was fully loaded with everything we needed. Appreciated the extra linens and fully stocked kitchen. The location was great (right next to pool and convenient store) The property management was quick to respond with a question I had and check in/out was so easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean & beautiful Location

We stayed five nights. The property was well stocked with what we needed. I was impressed with how clean it was. It was also quiet and was very accessible to the places we wanted to visit during our stay. Would definitely book again.

Cozy, Clean, and Perfect for a fun Getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The home was exactly what we needed. The view was amazing and so nice to sit outside in the morning and evening. We especially enjoyed all the fun activities at venture out; basketball, the pool, pickleball, and it was so helpful to be close by. The location to the store was an added bonus. The golf cart was extremely helpful, and made everything better and fun for the kids. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend this place for a perfect vaca.

Venture out very nice. Bikes at rental had flat tires grill didnt work good. Fishing rods broken and beach chairs rusty. Deck furniture old. Kitchen well stocked. Golfcart at house a plus

Nice house, rough check-in

The house is fantastic, very clean and easy to find (right near the property market). Checking in was a hassle with security telling us we weren’t on the list so we couldn’t enter the park. People in the Venture Out office finally got a hold of our concierge, who was sick and didn’t pass the information down my party was arriving. After about an hour delay, we got on the list and were able to access the home. We had to pay Venture Out security office another 130, make sure you read the fine print on this listing (I knew this ahead of time but just another irritation after we couldn’t access the property). The major disappointment was the golf cart had a flat tire. I immediately notified the substitute concierge who said she would work on it. Bluntly, nothing was done during our 4 night stay. The golf cart was one of the reasons we rented the property as we had someone with mobility issues and the cart would have made things easier getting around the park facilities. The cart is even featured in the property photos and description. I was highly disappointed. Also, the bicycles were rusty and one of them had a ripped seat. All in all, we made things work. The Welcome binder had a lot of good information about local restaurants and entertainment; we greatly appreciated that. The beds were comfy and the showers were huge. AC worked great but we mainly used the ceiling fans. We would stay here again as long as those things were remedied.

Wonderful!

This is a lovely property, and a wonderful location. The house is wonderful, well stocked and well positioned. The house is beautifully decorated and has pretty much everything you need. The location is great, there are a few very good restaurants nearby. But overall it’s a little bit away. We had a boat that was docked and used it to boat and fish around. It was great. We will definitely return.

Super clean, well-stocked Cudjoe Key place right on the water. There were bikes and a golf cart as well as starter supples in the house. Our son enjoyed the basketball cart and our daughter the bikes. There was a great boat launch as well as a spot to dock boat right behind the house. 10/10, would def stay here again.

Girls’ Trip

We stayed in Mermaid Magic for 5 nights. There were three of us and we had plenty of room. The house was very clean and the great room was spacious. However, beware of the clear coffee table, if you don’t know it’s there, you may trip over it. We had enough space in both bedrooms to accommodate all our needs, even though storage is somewhat limited. The waterfront view is beautiful and the golf cart is an added bonus.

Awesome vacation rental

Great house right at the ocean. Very clean and communication with the host was seamless. Only the Golf Cart was in a pretty bad shape. We enjoyed our stay very much though.

Great location

My husband and I and our 2 adult children really enjoyed our stay. It was quick and easy to get to Key West. It was also easy to get to Marathon and the beaches. Very convenient if you have a boat. Dock right in front of the unit. Great stay!

Great getaway

This was the perfect family getaway for a few days. The beds were really comfy. I loved relaxing on the deck in the morning to drink my coffee in the sun, the pool area was great and having the golf cart was icing on the cake. Good location, good amenities
