"We had such an amazing time at this property, the photos of the house are exactly as pictured. "Property was very clean and well maintained and had a well-equipped kitchen and a very comfortable bed. Only problem we had during our stay was caused by a small step between the kitchen and the main room which caused a fall. The owner demonstrated appropriate concern and, in an effort, to try to improve safety since he could not change the step, he applied tape as a visual aid which helped. "This was our first time in Folly beach & we loved it! The apartment was small but had everything we needed. The AC was cold, the bed was comfortable, & the location was fabulous! Only 2 blocks to the beach & to Center Street! We loved the laid back vibe & will definitely be back! The only negative was the upstairs neighbor was up at 5 am every morning & we could hear them moving around. Other than that, we loved our stay!"

"We have a group of 20+ college girlfriends in our 50's now who get together every other year. We have stayed here twice, and this is our favorite home to come to. "We enjoyed our three night stay! The balcony is huge and a lovely place to relax. Property was as described! Lolo’s (almost exactly across the street) has amazing food. We are in our 50’s and had no problem with the four flights of stairs, however we are active and don’t mind the exercise."

"Very nice, updated, private unit. Spacious for two people! It would be helpful to have a flag or some sort of sign to identify the driveway. My only issue was the room deodorizer. I could not sleep in the bedroom because of the smell - even after removing the deodorizers. I recommend asking guest about that prior to move in."

"Clean, spacious, walking distance to great restaurants. As described, near highway so outdoor space is not pleasant for sitting but the highway noise was not noticeable indoors. Comfortable mattress!!!!!! Had to buy a corkscrew!!! Should be number one amenity!!! I would suggest getting confirmation on amenities-seemed like they hadn’t updated list (e.g. also no Keurig was on site)."

The view from the windows was beautiful and it was minimal while having everything we needed. "Check in and check out instructions were clear. The house was clean and more than enough room for the 2 of us(6 people would be more than comfortable). Also location was great.
