  • Newly renovated home in the heart of Mount Pleasant, minutes from Sullivan's Island, Isle of Palms beaches & Shem Creek. Tucked away on a quiet, safe street, right off Coleman Blvd. Walk to Publix or Harris Teeter grocery stores, dining, coffee shops, bars, ice cream & shopping. Lounge by the firepit in the private backyard, test your game on the ping pong table, take a ride on the 4 bikes provided or spend the day exploring historic downtown Charleston!

    The space:
    This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home offers a spacious modern interior with an open floor plan. The kitchen features new appliances, quartz countertops, a large basin sink and is fully equipped with pots and pans, 8 place settings, Ninja blender and Calphalon toaster. Additionally, there is a coffee bar complete with Keurig coffee maker and complimentary K-cups. Hamilton Beach 12 cup programmable drip coffee maker and electric tea kettle also available on site.

    Cruise around town on the 4 bikes provided or relax under the fans on the back patio sectional with ping pong table and 60" Smart TV. Outside, you can enjoy the private backyard, prepare dinner on the Weber grill and wind down roasting s'mores next to the fire pit!

    Living room is complete with sleeper sofa sectional, 2 lounge chairs and 2 Crate & Barrel leather ottomans. Breakfast nook can comfortably sit 8 around the dining table. The 65" Samsung Smart TV includes a dedicated Youtube TV account with 100+ channels, Netflix subscription along with a variety of other streaming services. Smart TVs in every bedroom carry the same subscription services.

    House comfortably sleeps 8. All 3 bedrooms are fit with queen memory foam mattresses. A full size sleeper sofa and additional 22" inch high queen self inflating mattress available for use in the living space (linens and pillows provided upon request). There is a high efficiency washer and dryer on site with complimentary detergent and dryer sheets. Private driveway and garage can accommodate 3 vehicles.

    Family friendly Pack 'n Play travel crib and mattress available on site, high chair, kids tableware and utensils, books and board games for all ages. Complementary Wi-Fi and beach chairs also provided.

This stay was exactly what we needed. It was a great location, hosts communicated continually, was beautiful and had everything we needed. We definitely would stay again on another visit to Charleston.

Our stay at this house was great! The house was immaculate and well appointed. We stayed for a week with 5 teenagers and had plenty of space and all of us were very comfortable. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. I highly recommend!

Great communication from host, easy check-in, the house was very clean. Conveniently located between IOP and Charleston. Plenty of life right down the street with coffee, drinks, and dining, but also quite enough to avoid all the chaos of downtown.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The property was immaculately clean and well-maintained. The location was quiet and ideal for quick trips to Charleston and scenic bike rides to Sullivan’s Island. The owner was incredibly responsive and hospitable. An absolute 5-star experience and - highly recommend!

Our family of 4 stayed for a week in Feb 2026. The proximity to Shem Creek was great for kayaking and restaurants. Sullivan’s Island and Patriot’s Point are both close as well. My kids 3 favorite things about the house were: (1) ping pong table (2) fire pit and (3) that everyone had their own bedroom with a tv.

Fantastic remodel in Old Town! Everything felt new and modern. Lots of attention to detail. We have rented many short term rentals in Mt. Pleasant and this is now at the top of our list. Plus, 5 minute drive to beach!

I travel all over the US several times a year and this host and house are in my top 3 of all time. Communication was exceptional, very helpful and it was easy to decipher it was coming from genuinely pleasant person who wanted to ensure our stay was top notch. Awesome location, in a great neighborhood. The description of the property can be taken at face value. No false advertising here. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Overall this property was great. The interior was updated and extremely clean. The two bathrooms was great for our family of 4. Our kids enjoyed the games, ping pong, sand toys and backyard. The kitchen had everything you needed to make breakfast including kid safe dishes and cups. The washer and dryer located in the garage was great do that we could clean out towels and swimsuits without tracking dirt into the house. We went over the summer and it was also nice that each room had tower fans if you want the extra airflow. We did not get to use the grill or fire pit on this trip but there was a full propane tank for the grill and extra logs for the fire. Overall we had a great experience at this property.
