"It’s a very warm and welcoming place and Louise and her husband were just lovely.
Breakfast piping hot and coooked to order - rooms are spacious and comfortable and I slept so very well. "

"Wonderfully rustic property in a brilliant location. Hosts were gracious and welcoming and made sure we were settled. Local White Horse pub (minutes away, walkable if you're feeling energetic) is a must for their housemade pizza and in-house brewery. Great weekend getaway ... highly recommended."

"The cottage was comfortable and well equipped. We were met by the owner, Mark, on arrival, who was very welcoming. He provided lots of local information, including walks and pubs marked on an OS map.
The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable.
There are several properties here, but all wirh separate entrances and outside seatinf areas so they feel private.
It was a great base for a few days in the Suffolk countryside. "

"We recently rented three homes in England - They were all very, very, good. Even with this tough competition, the Mac Shack stood out as an absolutely wonderful stay. From the friendly, helpful, host and hostess and their beautiful, very comfortable home, I cannot imagine a better rental. We have rented many homes from VRBO, some City apartments, country cottages, beautiful villas and even a castle. Mac shack was the equal or better than any other accommodation.
