"The hotel is conveniently located and the staff are friendly. However, while there was a sign in the bathroom indicating that the plumbing is a bit old and to take care (fair enough), it's unclear why this would mean there wasn't a holder for toilet paper rolls, which we find something odd to be lacking at a 4 star establishment."

"I had a very nice stay at the Ruslamere Hotel. It feels more like a charming inn than a high-rise hotel, with one- and two-story rooms that open to the outside. I personally appreciated this layout, as it added to the quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The room was spacious and very clean. The front desk staff were professional, friendly, and consistently helpful. Marion, in particular, went above and beyond to assist me during my stay.
