Fabulous house on Sturgeon Bay. Clean and well appointed. Exactly as described. Comfortable beds. Refrigerator has ice cubes, crushed and water on the door. Plenty of dishes for cooking and eating. Lots of kitchen tools. Grill works well! Plenty of extra bedding and linens. Parking on the alley and easy access to the house.Easy 30-40 minute walk into town. Beautiful walk along the bay/canal asking beautiful houses/lawns. Felt very safe. Easy access to the Door County peninsula. Would readily stay again!

The home was exactly as advertised and in a great location. The stay was great..Holly the owner was very helpful and willing to answer questions.She even had cookies and a bottle of wine. Really nice person.Now…VRBO customer service was a NIGHTMARE!!!I would stay away from VRBO!!!!

Worked well for a family gathering

Mabel's Manor worked very well for our family. The property was clean, well-maintained, and communication with the host was quick and efficient. Many Door County attractions/outdoor activities are nearby. We especially enjoyed evening walks in Sturgeon Bay. We would stay here again if we needed a house in Sturgeon Bay.

Sewing Week!

A very nice quiet neighborhood just minutes away from downtown. Older area of town but very quiet and pleasant. Easy access to everything.Ramp on back of house made access to house very easy. Host was very receptive and kind.Loved it!

Perfect for our Fall 50 Relay Group!

We had a group of 5 women who ran the fall 50 relay race so we needed a place in door county to stay. This worked out so well for us. It was clean, quiet, perfect size for us, and close to the finish line. Holli was a great host!

Perfect Location

It was right in the middle of exploring Door County but also head to Green Bay for the Packers game. Plenty of room. Loved having a washer and dryer. Beautiful yard! Would stay here again.

Enjoyable stay in Sturgeon Bay

Clean and comfortable home in a good location for a calm and quiet get-a-way. We especially appreciated that the kitchen was clean, organized, had all we needed along with multiple ways to make coffee. The host is a good communicator and responded quickly to any questions.

Outstanding cleanliness

Four bedrooms and two baths are not easy to find at a reasonable price so we greatly appreciated this rental. Everything was very clean - baths are new. All beds were great!

Door County Century weekend

Our stay at Holly's house was great. The place was very clean and nicely appointed. We had an issue with the electronic door lock, but Holly had a backup that worked out fine for us and there were no worries about locking the house properly. Everyone found the beds comfortable, and the neighborhood was very nice and quiet. There could have been a few more hangers in the closets, especially the small bedroom, but everyone managed just fine. The grill had a cold spot or two, but we got our bratwurst grilled! Great place for a family vacation! I would use this place again!

Quaint house close to town

This is an older house but nicely updated. It was close to town and short drive to small towns in Door County. More seating area in living room would be nice w/6 adults and the only thing I would change would be the doors. Overall nice for the short time there.

Great Stay in Sturgeon Bay

Accessibility might be at the top of our list of things to like about this lodging. My husband appreciated that there was a ramp up to the back door entrance, only one (very small) step into the kitchen/main floor, and a shower (instead of a tub/shower) in the bathroom on the main floor. We spent every afternoon on the backyard deck with cocktails and appetizers. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and sense of privacy. The kitchen is sufficiently outfitted -- for our basic needs, anyway. We did some light cooking and meal prep during out stay. Appliances are up-to-date and easy to use. We slept well -- dark, quiet, and cool. Our host texted us to make sure we arrived and got into the house easily. She invited us to contact her with questions or problems. (We didn't have any.) She's posted household details and guidelines on the fridge door -- straightforward and informative. We were able to walk downtown -- and did so everyday. We had a pleasant week in Sturgeon Bay.
