"Loved how quiet and dark the area was. Great hospitality also from the crew at the Bad Rabbit Cafe on the property. My cabin was a simple one which was what i was looking for. Only minor improvement I would wish for was an updated window unit-A/C so i could have made the room ice cold to sleep in. 9 out of 10 stars and will definitively be coming back for the peace and quiet at the Terlingua Ranch Lodge !"

"This property was between Alpine and Terlingua, so it is pretty remote. The area is beautiful and the motel property was cute. The room was clean, my only criticism is the beds were too firm for my liking. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay. I definitely recommend."

"It’s a dark sky National Park, so there’s very little lights and we could not find the RV park but the owners directed us and sat out by the road with their vehicle lights on so we could find them! They went above and beyond!! Highly recommend. "

"WOW! What a fun house. We watched the sunset from the pool and turned around and watched the stars by the campfire. Really enjoyed the eye for detail in the construction of the house. You can even see the stars from your bed or while taking shower outside. We will definitely be back. PS. Thanks for letting us bring Miss Belle. "

"Great location. Very close to the western entrance to BIBE. I stayed at an electric campsite with no water. There’s a men’s and women’s bathroom with a single shower in each. However, you cannot flush the toilet or brush your teeth without adding a quarter to the shower? And if the quarter just returns, you get no water. Tried to explain to housekeeping but was a miscommunication. The diner is awesome with very friendly staff and great food! Will bring my own shower next time I stay. "
