"We had a lovely stay at this property which can easily accommodate 16 people. Outside space is lovely too. Would recommend."

"We found the property extremely spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The hosts, Fiona and Jonathan were very welcoming and friendly. It proved to be a good base for exploring Cheltenham and surrounding area."

"My family and I visited from America and had a fantastic stay . The home was clean and comfortable and the property management team was very communicative and accommodating to us, I highly recommend!"

"Wonderful location and responsive host. Driveway can be a bit tricky due to how it sits behind another home and it’s being shared. We enjoyed our stay - it was quiet with a wonderful garden space and had everything we needed."

"Cannot fault this stay. Had a wonderful week in an excellent home which had all the essentials. Really appreciated multiple towels and especially robes for the hot tub. Hot tube was out of use for the first three days due to filtering issues but this was swiftly dealt with. We appreciate the responsiveness. Minor feedback- We notes that the outdoor furniture was covered in cob webs and whilst we appreciate a closeness to nature and not disturbing it, having to dust and clean is not ideal when...

"The host was very welcoming and immediately responded to any questions that we had. The house was very clean and spacious and we had a lovely evening cooking in the well equipped kitchen. "

"Good communication from hosts and parking is easy. The photo's of the property don't do it just as its bigger than it looks, ideal for 2 people. Good location and good friendly pub 2 minutes walk away with good food and drink.Would highly recommend and would stay again if in this area."

"Beautiful house - clean, superb decor, well put together, not too far a distance from Cheltenham city centre. Kitchen well stocked, double fridge freezers, lovely dining space for 8 people. A lot of properties that claim to sleep 8 include bunk beds or sofa beds - not here. There were 5 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - my dad, 81, stayed in the downstairs bedroom which meant he had access to a bathroom without having to use the stairs. The lounge comfortably seated all of us. The garden is...

"Grandma, children and grandchildren stayed in this beautiful appointed holiday home for three nights. We wished we’d had longer The house was spacious and well equipped. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub There was a great choice of activities, we fitted in catacanoe and paddle boarding along with leisurely strolls. We hope to return next year for a little longer"

"We stayed for a long weekend, it was great having the lake right in front of the accommodation so the kids could go out in the kayaks anytime they wanted during the day and we could join them or watch from the balcony. The house is extremely well equipped, and beds were comfy. The staff on the lower mill estate were fantastic, very friendly and made everything really easy. Having the Swimming pools, restaurant and other facilities on site was a huge advantage as it felt safe to let the...

"We have holidayed at this property for the last 3 years which in its self is an excellent recommendation. The house has always been well maintained with everything provided that you would want. Needless to say we will seriously consider making it number 4 next year!"

"The house was absolutely stunning and finished to a very high standard. Everything was clean, comfortable, and beautifully presented, making it a great place to relax and enjoy time away. The highlights for us were definitely the sauna, hot tub, and snooker table, which made the stay even more enjoyable. It had everything we needed and felt like a real luxury getaway."

"We had a great weekend at 26 Howells mere. The accommodation was lovely, we particularly liked the large living area on the middle floor. The kitchen was very well equipped. The location is great for walking and running. The on site pool was very clean and great for all the family. The riffle shooting locally I would also recommend."

"This accommodation met all our requirements and more. The view from the garden across the lake was stunning. All the rooms were decorated to a high standard, the lounge area was large enough for us all to relax together and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The hot tub and bbq were great to use after a lovely day exploring. There are so many beautiful walks around the vicinity and Burton on the water isn't far. We just wish we could have stayed longer."
