"Dear Gavin Firstly thank you for your recent stay with Ettington Park and the time taken to let us know your feedback. please accept my very sincere apologies for the issues which you encountered during your stay. I have personally taken up the issues you mention with our housekeeping team regarding the dust levels and milk in the fridge, and please accept my apologies and assurances that we have now put in processes which will prevent these issues for occurring for any other guest. These were unacceptable lapses in our usual levels of excellence and the standards of cleanliness and accommodation of which we are so proud. We do carry a range of different pillow types, and had you only spoken to us during your stay, we would gladly have arranged for extra or alternative pillows to be brought to you, to have made you more comfortable. I do hope that we can welcome you at Ettington again, and that we can show you the usual standards of excellence, which we are so proud to offer our guests.
