We offer six guest rooms accommodating up to 18 guests, The house features two spacious bathrooms and a charming country kitchen with all essentials, plus a cozy living room.
Our two entertainment barns are perfect for gatherings, featuring karaoke, a cinema area, fire pit, table tennis, a bar area with fridges, a living room, spa hot tub, and BBQ area. Join us for an unforgettable stay! Please note that although the Sir Hurt Barn is equipped with heaters, it may not retain warmth as effectively in colder weather due to one side being open to the elements.
A few days before you are due to stay we will send you out our welcome email which will have our residents portal link this is where you can plan your trip, get your how to guides and learn about you check in and check out information. We provide a starter fire pack for the stove and fire pit, tea coffee, dishwasher tablets. Please note there is a €300 damages deposit paid on your online check in process. Loud music must be lowered at 01:00. No under 21`s without a legal parent or guardian or no freshers students. Security deposit hold of €500 is taken before arrival. Guests over the number of guests booked will incur an extra charge. Online check in, identification check required, rental agreement signature required and a security deposit. Any external caterers are required to have full business indemnity insurance to enter the property.

We do ask that you respect the history and nature of the property by not eating food or beverages upstairs, cause no damages to yourself or others, no smoking indoors including the conservatory, do not put wipes/paper into the toilet etc. Please do not enter the farm yard un-supervised. Guests must provide the full legal names on guests on site along with their mobile number and emails (this is not for marketing purposes, it is for reservation reference, fire health and safety information) we ask kindly that you do not wear shoes upstairs when they may be wet or dirty. If you or your group break, damage or steal any thing we take the policy of `:you break it, you buy it`. No confetti. Before going to bed if we can ask that you remove any fake tan/ make up that may potentially damages the linen. No excessive use of alcohol and drugs will not be tolerated on the property. Smoking indoors incurs a fine of €200.00 pp. Please note that any upgrades purchased are non refundable. The property reserves the right to check ID and all guests must have a government ID present during the stay . departure check carried out. Please note that there is 24hr CCTV on site. Outdoor music must be turned off at 22:00. Hot Tub is closed after 23:00 and please keep noise to a minimum after 22:00. If the weather temperatures are low we recommend you and your group wear weather appropriate clothing. Four air heaters are provided. If the heaters are not blowing our warm air the re set button may need to be pressed. - We do not permit you to bring your own heaters.
Please note that we have a staff house on site which may be occupied during your stay and pets live on the premises, our three dogs and two cats. If any house rules are broken, gross misconduct, illegal activity or any activity deemed un acceptable by management is suspected or seen we reserve the right to ask the group to leave the premises and with refusal the relevant authority will be advised and action taken.
