"Room was clean, fan was already on ready when we arrived, staff were very helpful on the reception. Breakfast was easy to get and the wait wasn’t too long even thought we hadn’t booked and parking was easy and free."

"Location was nice , the areas were a bit tired…unfortunately the spa area was a bit disappointing as the sauna kept breaking down, it needed more attention from the staff in spa and pool area… the standard room I had was clean but again need attention in maintenance the windows were dirty and broken not a very nice to see …the property needs painting..,, and they definitely need to step up with the cleaning in pool and spa areas… I enjoyed my stay ..,, but won’t be rushing back ."

"The hotel is ok, we had a twin room in the cottage lodge, no 526, it was quite a walk from reception. Most of the staff were helpful and cheerful. The hotel is looking somewhat dated, the room needed a good deep clean, shower head and bath mat needed replacing, I did write this to the manger in the initial check in review, as we were only staying 1 night it wasn’t worth complaining about. The car park needs re signing as cars didn’t know which way to go round!"

"The hotel is in a beautiful setting with the golf course on site. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was nice but a little dated which I think is reflected in the cost. Overall a very nice stay."

"Excellent room, nice area and staff were really helpful too. Only issue is the parking that there isn’t much parking if it is busy."
