I absolutely love this house! It was clean and comfortable. Back off the road and very private and quiet. Unfortunately, due to the burn ban, we couldn’t have a fire outside, but the fire pit area was a nice place to sit and talk. There’s so much to do in the area with just a short drive. This is definitely a place I would return to.

All except the coffee pots. Both need some cleaning. Keurig didn't work at all. Other coffee pot took 1 hour to make coffee . But other than that we ENJOYED it. Thank you.

The property was very quiet and charming. It was like staying at my grandmothers house when I was a kid. I would definitely stay here again. However, there is no hot tub like advertised. There are also lots of nails around the house from the newly installed roof. A previous review stated the same issue with nails, and they have not been cleaned up. We picked up lots of nails and metal cuttings during our stay to help. Someone needs to go out with a magnet and clean up the mess from the new roof.

The setting of the property was wonderful no complaints about location. Comfort was nice. There was no hot tub like advertised. The driveway was full of roofing, nails and sheet metal screws which cost me two flat tires due to new roof being put in on the house.

Wine fun trip

It was very peaceful and relaxing. At night we watched a good movie with the fire and wine. Our morning was coffee on the front porch swing. It was close to the wineries and places we liked to go. And a quiet place

Great home!

We had a wonderful weekend at this location! The house was beautiful inside and peaceful outside. We loved spending nights by the fire pit and playing board games in the cozy living room. Mornings on the porch were very relaxing. We can’t wait to go back!

Nice place

Neat place but it was missing some points. Our mattress needed replacing. Big hole on one side made it impossible to rest well. Not enough towels for 5 people for 3-4 days. House was freezing when we got in Thanksgiving evening tried to light fireplace to help it warm up but it didn’t work. Definitely overpriced for what it provided. Lots of farmhouse character.

Relaxing Weekend

We spent our 25th anniversary at this property and it was a beautiful and romantic location. I loved the updated but tasteful decorating. I grew up going to a farm in Texas when I was younger and it maintained that character while still being very beautiful with all the amenities. I hope to visit again!

Great Wine Weekend Getaway

The property was absolutely charming. We came for a quick one night stay with friends and were not disappointed. Cottage was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The outdoor fire pit was a great way to end the evening. 10 out of 10 recommend!

We had a venue directly across the street. The house was the perfect location. All the surrounding wineries was perfect. Had such a great time. The house (we ended up with two) were completely stocked and super cute. Like going back in time. So peaceful!! We will stay again and bring more family

Big and charming

Super relaxing and out in the country. Very well stocked, plenty of blankets, pillows and towels. Had all basic necessities. Fire pit outside was a nice touch. The evening was chilly so used the fireplace inside as well. Definitely coming back to this place when I’m back for my next wine club party .

Chabby chic in the Hill Country

Absolutely charming cottage with lovely grounds. Comfy mattresses but on the softer side. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Nice bath linens. Shower fixture needs some attention but mgt addressed issue during our stay (temp solution in my opinion). Mgt team responsive to any requests. Near major road so some noise when outside. Hope to stay again.
