"Horrible hotel con mas aspecto de hospital que de hotel. El baño, espantoso, nunca habia visto uno asi. Sin plato de ducha, te duchabas en el propio suelo."

"Everything we hoped for and more. If the parking was more straightforward it would be 100% . But Everything worked ."

"Fabulous location. Brilliant room and facilities. Great value."

"Paid full price for a different room. It looks nothing like the advertised pictures. When we complained, a staff member named Fahim was incredibly rude, dismissive, and non-apologetic. He refused to help, claimed they just have "different suites," and aggressively told us to take it up with Expedia. Shocking customer service. Avoid. Moreover it impacted my children's travel plan as they choose the suite and found it to be only a room.l, which they call suite."

"NO recomiendo este hotel"

"We really enjoyed our stay. I was a little surprised that the faucet in the bathroom was very loose, as was the toilet tissue roll holder. Not a big deal, but had me question attention to detail."

"Precioso y cómodo"

"We were arriving late but they wait for us and gave us the keys and checking process was very fast and good."

"Very pet friendly"
