"Good points: Plenty of parking, Large rooms, Linen and towels provided, free toiletries. The cleaner was lovely and super helpful. Blackout curtains in rooms. Bad points: Facilities are NOT as advertised. No restaurant or bar, No WiFi, Not all rooms have TV & No pillow menu. Only 2 members of staff were helpful, No housekeeping during stay, decoration is very dated. Main reception is not manned 24hours and difficult to contact anyone on the emergency numbers. Windows dont open wide enough...

"Arrived at about 2.30 told to wait until 3 before having our which was fair enough, however people arrived a few minutes after us and were given rooms immediately. Couldn't leave our lugfage for a couple of hours on checkout but people checking in early could leave their luggage which baffled me to be honest."

"Good value for money, room was clean and staff were helpful. I would say to avoid ground floor rooms if you can as they are very hot in the hot weather and windows can’t be opened. Other than that would stay there again."

"Make sure that your booking hasn't been cancelled by a disgruntled staff member before you arrive. The room was nice and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was ok, it was greasy and I didn't dare try the egg because it looked only just cooked yet the yolk was hard. The other items were nice."

NO ME LO CREO, ES FACIL FORMAR OTRA EMPRESA PERO ESTOY SEGURO QUE PERTENECE AL HOTEL, y así se excusan. Una extorsión por el parking!!! No volveré nunca mas!! "

"We stayed here as we were attending the British Grand Prix and was catching the shuttle bus to the track from Coventry Station. This hotel was perfect as it was a 2 minute walk. Check in was simple and the receptionist was smiley, friendly and informative. Room was clean, complimentary tea, coffee and soft drinks in the fridge. We will definetly choose this hotel for next years GP."

"It's a pretty setting and the room was clean. They seemd a little short staffed and, although the food was good, the tables were dirty and (bizarrely) the host told us the half empty restuarant was 'fully booked'. When we saw many empty tables, we asked the bar tender if it would be possible to order food and he was happy to oblige! Also, the lighting in our room was broken, the only way to have light was to keep the harsh overhead light on. The receptionist promised to send a service person but...

"Great historic building with kind caring staff. The building is a transitional construction state so some areas a little run down or musky smelling. Room was comfortable and well appointed. Overall we had a great stay"

"Great property with secure parking and spacious apartment at a great price. Easy to find and access. Comfy bed. Small but clean bathroom. Good wifi. Very quiet in a small village just outside Coventry, near the airport. Passage through to rear car park is quite tight so make sure that you go slowly."

"Fabulous stay for our son’s graduation. We had three rooms ours (no5) definitely the best. Great value for money with breakfast included. We ate in the restaurant too and the food was definitely, breakfast included the morning was tasty too. Staff friendly, helpful and attentive."
