"Can’t recommend this place highly enough! Extremely clean rooms, bathrooms, the staff are so friendly and they can’t do enough for you. The breakfast is one of the best we’ve had in any English hotel and we stay in many! No problem parking, either in the forecourt or on the road. We highly recommend this hotel."

"It's a pretty setting and the room was clean. They seemd a little short staffed and, although the food was good, the tables were dirty and (bizarrely) the host told us the half empty restuarant was 'fully booked'. When we saw many empty tables, we asked the bar tender if it would be possible to order food and he was happy to oblige! Also, the lighting in our room was broken, the only way to have light was to keep the harsh overhead light on. The receptionist promised to send a service person but...

"I arrived at the property, which is a self check in in facility. I had recieved no notofication of codes for entry so had to call the help number. I was told my room number and recieved a text with code. On locating the room, it was already open and had not been serviced after the previous occupant. i called help again and the needed to wait around 30 minutes for the arrival of staff and the room prepared for me. "I booked through Expedia and didn't realise that even though it says the hotel has air con. That is only if you book a room with air con. Standard rooms don't have it. Our first roo. Had a meagre fan and smelt bad. However the staff were great and moved us to a room with air con and we were lucky as it was the last one! But the bathroom was not clean.
