Beautiful chapel views from our room which also overlooked a sweet field with sheep. We were welcomed at the door and bid goodbye personally. "Clean room, easy parking with friendly and professional staff. Warm welcome with a lovely Tavern for a drink, limited menu for dinner but very tasty simple food. The inclusive breakfast buffet was excellent, good selection of cooked and continental breakfast items. We were a couple and enjoyed the knights sword fighting, brilliant performances. For families with young children there was a small park, story telling with Zog and Knights interacting throughout dinner."

"It's okay if it's only for a night but not for more. It's located in a service area and there is a lack of services (for example bar, gym or proper breakfast). Despite all, staff is very nice and helpful. "

"I booked through Expedia and didn't realise that even though it says the hotel has air con. That is only if you book a room with air con. Standard rooms don't have it. Our first roo. Had a meagre fan and smelt bad. However the staff were great and moved us to a room with air con and we were lucky as it was the last one! But the bathroom was not clean. Had to get people to come and clean the bath which had scummy around it at the bottom and the room door was broken and the top. I only booked...

"The lobby was really nice and clean. So was the surrounding areas around the complex. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to enter the room cca 30 min before the official check in time with no fuss about it from the staff. Room was reasonable equipped - hangers, little ironing device and proper board too. Also a Holly Bible was there, which I even as a none believer, found really nice. We were staying over night as have attended the wedding at this place and I can say that...

"Friendly staff, on-site parking. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Narrow staircase, no lift do big or heavy suitcases could be a challenge. Breakfast was good!"

"A very nice place and excellent pub food. We stayed in the "annex" across the street from the pub. As they warned, the staris were steep, so those with mobility issues may have trouble. The room was large and the bathroom was good. We only requested room cleaning once during our 6-night stay. The only minor issue was it seemed the common hallways and our room floor was not vacummed. All other services were excellent. We would definitely return to the Rose & Crown."
