It was inexpensive and I guess you get what you pay for. Couldnt get into the driveway with amount of snow with no shovel, room upstairs was nothing like pictures with unmade bed and dirty with lots of bugs, no welcoming book with instructions for TV, lack of toilet paper and paper towels (we had to run into to town to pick up). Seems like "hey thanks for the payment... you are on your own". Nothing major but have had better experiences.

The host was welcoming and quickly answered any questions we had. The amenities were as described, minimal but adequate. Our advice to future guests is IF you think you might need it, bring it (including TP) Overall a good place to spend a quiet weekend away.

I was looking for a last minute escape and wandered upon this gem, in the middle of nowhere. I knew there was a massive storm coming but had time to get away and time to wait out getting back to reality. I extended my stay by 3 nights…as the weather rolled in and temps dropped, I was in communication with the host Mark, and he was wonderful in letting me stay 2 days longer, then another. Wonderful people, cozy cabin, peaceful surroundings:) I had an absolutely amazing time in complete solitude
Everyday I was here, I sat in the hot tub to watch the sunset, love this place!

Mark is always welcoming. We had a hiccup with the hot tub and Mark had someone there with in hours and the hot tub worked better than I remember. We have been here 3 previous times and just loved the relaxation of being away from the city

Mark, the host was very nice. Anytime I had a question, he always answered me within 24 hrs. The cabin had everything we needed for our stay. This cabin is located in the middle of nowhere. Very peaceful and quiet. The view was beautiful off of the back deck. It overlooked the pond and woods. I would definitely recommend this cabin if you want to get away and relax. We will be back.

Beautiful area that is away from town. I would recommend taking a screenshot of the key code for the door way before you get there as cell service was pretty non-existent (which was perfect for the weekend)

This cabin was excellent! It was accurately describe. Actually, it was better. It was clean and cozy. The view on the back porch was great and we had some really relaxing mornings with our books and coffee. We had our dogs with us and they loved to run around the pond. At night it gets so dark with absolutely no light pollution so you can see the stars perfectly. We hope to be able to come back next year and enjoy another relaxing weekend. This was the best getaway from our busy lives.

We loved our stay here! Quiet, and laid back, had everything we needed. Loved walking down to the pond to catch some fish in the peace and quiet, and sitting in the hot tub during the evening unwinding for the day. We will definitely be back for another stay in the future.

Beautiful house. Very comfortable. The only issue was there needed to be some sort of umbrella for the back deck or covering for shade. Couldn't enjoy it as much as wanted. Way to hot with the sun on it all day with no shade. It was a beatiful property and everything was very clean and welcoming. We would recommend it.

Nice getaway

Mark was very communicative about any concerns and everything was clean. I would highly recommend it as a country getaway. We packed some lunches and fished for hours down by the pond. Grilled some great meals, enjoyed the jacuzzi, and had some nice fires under the stars.

The owners are very friendly and respectful. We love the area and its nice and peaceful. We will definitely be back every year. I wish the pond had an areator but its still a nice pond to fish. I would definitely recommend this place

Amazing

It was a great vacation spot for my daughter and I. We wanted privacy and quiet. We enjoyed our stay. The cabin is cozy and comes with everything you would need in household items. We enjoyed the deck. We saw deer in the morning and evening. Watched the fish jump in the pond. A relaxing vacation spot. Hoping to stay again next year.

We stayed here for our wedding anniversary and it was perfect! The cabin is secluded just the way we like it! Didnt have any trouble finding it! Mark was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to the one issue we had and sent his amazing cleaner up to help! Quiet nights under the stars hearing the bullfrogs and watching the lightning bugs was just what we needed! P.S we came from a county where we are experiencing the cicada invasion so it was nice to not have them here!
