This is a great cabin for a romantic getaway, but there was also plenty of space if we had brought the kids and some air mattresses. It was very, very clean (especially the hot tub) and getting into/checking out of the cabin was easy. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of essential dishes/flatware/pots, I think I even saw a waffle maker! One difference from the pictures/details is that there is a k-cup machine as well as a full coffee maker. Water pressure is not great (not surprising since it seems like well water) but the location to the hiking trails and views made up for it. Don’t forget to bring firewood. There is none there and the fireplace is totally worth it. Pick this cabin!

The cabin itself was good. The cleanliness was lacking, you really could not see out the window due to not being cleaned, front and back porches were dirty. My husband had to clean and pick up a huge black hair ball from the shower! When taking off the sheets ,the mattress pad was so in need of washing a long with the bedspread too due to what ever spray they use on it , what a tacky sticky feel. Could not sit by the fire ring due to the slope and the uneven driveway stone. There was no landscape to speak of. It was not worth the price. C. Danielson

Honeymoon

Beautiful location and cabin! Less than 20 minutes from Logan center. We did make sure to spend plenty of time both at the cabin and enjoying hocking hills. Only a 6 minute drive to Old Man's Cave. There was another cabin somewhat close to ours, but plenty of privacy with the trees and the privacy slats on the side of the deck. Make sure to bring your own seasonings if planning to cook, and toiletries, shampoo, and towels. Two towels and a wash cloth were providedThe massage function on the couch was an amazing surprise! Definitely a nice, modern cabin to relax in and still be close to all of the amazing things in Logan/HH area.

Luxury Secluded Cabin in Hocking Hills

The Bluebonnet Cabin is a great find! It is beautifully decorated with wood and stone throughout. It has a big kitchen, upper loft/game room, amazing stone shower, outdoor jacuzzi, two balconies with incredible views and more. It is clean, well stocked, and very private/secluded, yet still close to all there is to see in Hocking Hills. This is a perfect place for a couples getaway!

PERFECT PLACE TO STAY

This cabin was like in new condition, had all the amenities we could have wanted for our stay including well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and living room furniture, great deck areas with comfortable seating in each, very nice hottub on back deck, very quiet, easy to find, and real close to many of the trails we wanted to hike. Two fireplaces (too warm for us to use), big screen TV's in LR and BR. Check in could not have been more straightforward as well. There is an upper level loft with additional deck but we did not use, but might be OK for kids with sleeping bags.

Luxurious location

My wife and I had a wonderful long weekend together at the cabin. Everything was very clean and enjoyable -- particularly the hot tub with a great view of the setting sun. Good news -- there are now coffee filters provided!
