"The host was easy to communicate with and quickly answered questions. The kitchen was stocked with beautiful pots and pans, making it a great place to fix Thanksgiving dinner while visiting family. Not being from Montana, I appreciated extras like additional blankets and lotion to help our bodies acclimate. We didn’t need those blankets though, as the bedrooms had their own wall heaters which worked well. I hope it works for us to stay here again. "

When we messaged on arrival at 10:00 at night, they responded thay and the office were aware of the problem and to use the back door. Well why don't you tell your guests that before they get there?
