"I slept like a baby in this quaint apartment. The home was simply, yet comfortably furnished and gave cozy vibes. The property is lined with trees/vegetation providing privacy and the location was central to the area allowing easy navigation to all of Portland. Just 10 minutes from the Jetway and the wharf. The property owner was communicative & the check-in process couldn't have been easier."

"I’m not sure where to even start with this review. All I can say is “what a view” every morning we woke up to the beauty of Thomas Pond. Every night we went to bed under a sky full of stars. The home is a perfect lakeside retreat. Comfortable for our family of 3 and 2 more guests in the guest house. We could have all stayed in the main home but the separate homes was perfect for our situation. Fishing, paddle boarding and kayaking off of the pier every day was so much fun. Great kitchen to cook...

"Communication with host was great from booking to checkout. The place was very clean and nicely appointed. The mattresses on the beds are fantastic. I asked the host the manufacturer because I may buy for myself. Local restaurants were great and it’s a short easy drive to Kennebunkport. Also there is a super market with a full wine, beer and liquor selection within walking distance. Great stay!!"

We had a little mishap getting in, but it was quickly worked out with John. Bonus was we got to bring our dog Finn really enjoyed all the smells around the property. We are sad. "This lovely, incredibly comfortable yurt is in the most beautiful setting along a beautiful river and in a peaceful forest. The wood stove kept everything warm and cozy, and it was wonderful to be "off the grid"! We attended a great concert at the Stone Mountain Arts Center (just 3 miles away), and enjoyed a peaceful day of reading, walking, and resting the rest of our time there. Our hosts were fantastic and responsive. We'd love to come back!"
