The townhome was a perfect place for our family to spend the week. Super clean and well stocked with amenities. Everything you need for a vacation was there! Would highly recommend and hope to stay again in the future!!

Beautiful!

Great location with beautiful views out of every window. Fantastic trails for dogs a short walk away. Well-stocked. Loved that there were two parking spots and AC. Thanks for a great vacation. We will definitely be back next summer.

This was the perfect spot for our trip with another family. In total there were four adults, one kid and one infant, and there was more than enough room.The property manager reached out immediately to make sure that our stay was comfortable. The view out of the large windows at the back of the house was phenomenal—we spotted a family of deer out in the yard. The kitchen was well stocked. The house was centrally located—we walked or took the free bus most places. The only downside was that we struggled to find a large, flat surface to put a puzzle together.We would definitely stay there again.

Great Views

We went to Steamboat to get some time out of the city. The house is great with some wonderful sunset views. We also saw some hot air balloons! The grill situation was a little odd though.

Long Weekend in Steamboat

We had a fabulous weekend. The location is ideal! Close to town and close to the mountain. The house was perfect - plenty of room for everyone to find a comfy, cozy place to read, watch tv, play a game, or draw, in front of one of the 2 fireplaces. The decor was perfect - comfortable and with the right amount of ski town vibe. We will be back!

Steamboat September Stay

We rented this house for four nights in September and had a great time. The property is exactly as described: the views are great and the house is conveniently located near town. It had everything we needed for 4 adults and a dog. We appreciated having a fully equipped kitchen, multiple living areas, and very comfortable beds. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Great Pet Friendly Family Rental

This property was just great for our family ski trip. It’s a great location right in between the ski mountain and downtown. My adult daughter brought her dog and the location is perfectly located within walking distance of a great dog park too. We had a few minor issues during our stay which were addressed immediately by the management. Would definitely stay here again!

Family Spring Break in Steamboat

374 Parkview was a wonderful place to base our adventures in Steamboat. It was clean, well stocked, and provided plenty of room for our multi-generational family of 6. The location was perfect, too. Everything we needed was within 5-10 minutes of the home and the neighbors were very friendly. iTrip consistently checked in to make sure our stay was comfortable and the people there were proactively working to ensure our stay was comfortable.

Relaxing extended weekend

We booked an extended weekend with itrip over labor day and we were extremely pleased with our accommodations. The town-home was spotless and Chase (itrip rep) was very helpful and made sure our stay was his priority. We were able to play all day and get back for dinners and a cozy home when we were finished. LOVED IT and would definitely stay at this same location again. Thank you!!

Nice place to stay in Steamboat

Well appointed, nice home. Would stay there again. Only issues were the ice maker didn't work (probably because the filter change was 40 days overdue) so we had to buy ice and I could never find an iron or ironing board (possibly it was there and we just didn't see it but when I texted property manager they didn't indicate there was one) so we'd suggest they add one. These were minor issues that wouldn't prevent us from staying again and overall it was a very good property.

July stay in Steamboat Springs

We had a great 4 day stay at the townhome. Nice area and a short drive to downtown. Steamboat is one of the most dog friendly towns we've ever been to. Augie loved making new friends. Really enjoyed having two living rooms, was clean and had a great view from the deck. Chase was very easy to communicate with and the check in/check out process was a breeze. Very quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay with iTrip again. Thanks for a lovely time.

Steamboat family friendly

This Vrbo is one of the best homes I’ve stayed at. The location is perfect to easily get to the resort and restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood. The property management stay in touch the entire time to ensure we were doing okay or needed anything. The rooms are spread out and we were separate from the kids which was allowed us to have the privacy and keep the giggling down. The home is full of games which we played every evening. I recommend the Vrbo for anyone who wants to rent a family and pet friendly home. I will definitely rent again.

Great stay!

We just spent a week here and loved the house and the location! It was a last minute booking and finding a place that allows dogs is hard to come by so we were a little hesitant. This place far exceeded our expectations and it was even better than the pictures. The local neighbors were lovely and we really enjoyed them and their dog! iTrip was so easy to book with and made everything very so easy. LOVED not having to check in at an office first. The A/C is a total bonus and necessary in Steamboat during the summer days! This was our 6th summer trip to Steamboat and we would certainly book here again.

5 Star Stay

This was amazing home to stay in! Check in was super easy. Communication with guest services was prompt. Especially since we arrived on Christmas Day! Very courteous and helpful.Home is very spacious for a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath..I can't say enough about the views from this house!!! My wife and I just stayed at the dinner table and could not take our eyes off of the beautiful snowfall and Mountain Views. Huge master bedroom with large windows! Views from this home definitely seems like it came out of a Hallmark movie.This home was minutes to everything! We rented a car but we really didn't need to because of the access to the Shuttle system. Home was very clean and organized. Spending all our time in this home would have been more than fulfilling enough for our vacation. Definitely will stay here again. Thank you for the beyond amazing experience.
