    Note: Our property is located near Heavenly`s Stagecoach Lift and offers convenient access for ski enthusiasts. On a typical day, it’s just a short, easy 5-minute walk to the lift. During big snow days or in a heavy snow year, you can even ski back to the property along the side of the road, adding an extra touch of adventure to your stay. Please note that this route may not be suitable for beginner skiers, as it requires some confidence on skis. Whether you`re walking or skiing, you`ll love the close proximity to the slopes!

Definitely recommend!

This place was so cute and the perfect place for my family and I to stay in Tahoe. It was extremely clean and the kitchen was stocked with any dishes you may need. It's location is perfect if you're looking to ski or just go hangout at the beach. We enjoyed our time

Nice apartment

We had a nice two days day at this apartment very relaxing area. We stayed in the summer, but I could see that this would be very ideal. If you are a skier so close to the ski slopes in location communication was fantastic. Easy arrangements, and at any time if I had a question I was quickly answered. Thank you to the property management!

Beautiful winter retreat, very near skiing options and very short drive to other areas like South Lake. The interiors are well thought out, and the kitchen is the best equipped I've ever encountered. Word of advise, although very clearly stated and not an issue in our stay i would certainly agree this is not the place for anyone with mobility challenges or unable to climb about 75 steps.

Uphill to the slopes

Nice property. Lots of stairs which they did emphasize. Originally it was advertised as ski in/ski out which is NOT the case. It's a healthy 8-10 minute walk uphill to the lift. Questions about "ski in/ski out" were referenced to "read the manual" for the property. I paid an extra 800 to stay here because it was labeled "ski in/ski out" so we were disappointed.

Condo was extremely well appointed and had everything we needed. Great communication with host. Lots of snow the days before we arrived gave us 2 great days of skiing. We rented equipment at CSV Rental, a few minutes away, and parked at the Stagecoach lodge lot for closer access to the lift. This is NOT a ski-in/ski-out property but it is well situated close to the Stagecoach lift. You can easily access all parts of the mountain and return when the Stagecoach trail is open without all the crowds of other parts. It was easy enough to park in the lot rather than walking to the lift although we had a rental car so that was an option for us.
