Location was nice and general layout and decoration of house was good. Manager was courteous and communicated well. Definitely room for improvement for this rental.
Kitchenware was in terrible condition (which made celebrating thanksgiving a bit challenging).
The cleaning seemed to be mediocre, don't look under the sofa or other furniture as it was quite dirty.
Pillows in the room with bunk beds lacked any padding.
The streaming service on TV froze every few minutes due to using a streaming Roku TV instead of a streaming stick or plugin device.
Access code didn't work, manager provided an additional code that worked only after entering twice (for each entry).
Couldn't figure out to use game systems in bottom floor.
Trash lid didn't open or close (batteries must have been spent).
Owner should invest a bit more in the details of the property. Overall so-so.
