Absolutely Fantastic Stay – A True Gem!We just completed a wonderful stay at this property and couldn't be happier with our choice! From the moment we booked, it was clear this is a very well-managed and meticulously maintained property.The host was incredibly proactive, reaching out with helpful tips and important details both before and during our stay. Their clear communication and 'things to care for' guide were much appreciated.The location is truly superb – perched perfectly up the hill, it offers a fantastic sense of relaxation and tranquility. Even though we visited during a peak summer weekend with very high temperatures outside, the house remained comfortable and did not get hot, which was a relief.Inside, the property continued to impress. The kitchen was amply stocked with all the utensils and supplies we could possibly need, making meal prep a breeze. The bathrooms were spotlessly clean, and we thoroughly enjoyed unwinding in the hot tub after our busy days.Overall, we are so glad that this was a great pick for our Lake Tahoe getaway. We would definitely return again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfectly managed, comfortable, and ideally located retreat!

Awesome accommodations. Awesome host

I have to say first and foremost this host is awesome and communication is amazing. The accommodations were awesome close enough to all of the action at Tahoe but far enough away that it was quiet and comfortable. Since I’m from a warmer climate and was there for the 4th of July I appreciated the fireplace in the mornings. It was stocked with a lot of extras as far as spices and other pantry items. Thank you for the wonderful time and the awesome place to stay! This place and host made our get away!

Not so much

Overall, could be a nice unit if better maintained. Extremely squeaky floors, cobwebs hanging from light fixtures in kitchen and throughout unit upon arrival, Internet was terrible - almost impossible to watch TV without buffering delays. TV's in bedrooms did not work. sliding glass window could seriously use some WD-40 -almost impossible to close. Construction going on next-door was loud at times. Will be returning to Lake Tahoe, but will not be returning to this unit.

Cozy Cabin

We loved our stay at this cozy condo. Cozy beds and couch, full kitchen with all appliances you need and so close to Heavenly’s Stagecoach Lodge. We enjoyed skiing at Kirkwood and Heavenly and the hot tub after was just what we needed. The fire was nice to close out nights. Would definitely go back. Thanks Shirley!

Heavenly Ski cabin

Sheryl was a great host. She provided lots of information and suggestions. The cabin was clean and just a minute or so from Stagecoach lift in Heavenly. The place was perfect for us to unwind, cook and spend family time with our teen after a day on the mountain. Would recommend it.

Great Place

Great ski cabin

We very much enjoyed our stay in Sherry's cabin and would go back. It was clean, had everything we needed, and had comfortable beds. I loved that It seemed to be designed with maximizing storage space in mind, so there were plenty of places to store the things we brought, and shelves in the bathroom for toiletries. Overall, a great stay. A note about Heavenly for parents with young kids learning to ski who are picking the Nevada side because of Boulder: Operations at the Boulder base (magic carpet and beginner lift) are highly inconsistent. We stayed during a peak time and Boulder was closed Friday and Sat (while almost 100% of other lifts on the mountain were open) and only open on Sunday . We experienced similar inconsistency last season with Boulder.

Relaxing Getaway

We had a GREAT stay and visit to Lake Tahoe. We skied during the spring so the run/trails walking distance from the condo were already closed for the season; driving to the village worked best for us anyway. Thank you!!

Ski getaway

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the cabin very much! The host provided everything we needed to prepare and look forward to our visit! The cabin is well-equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms, and I especially enjoyed being able to do some laundry while there. The cabin is in a very convenient location to access Heavenly ski resort and not far from the village and Lake Tahoe. We enjoyed a drive to Genoa one afternoon. Looking forward to returning again!

Fantastic cozy home away from home.

Beautiful condo with all the amenities. Private and secluded enough from the busy part of town but close enough for the convenience. Great way to explore the Nevada side of Tahoe too. Host is amazing too. All around would recommend highly! :)

Great Visit

We spent a week at this property for skiing. Exactly as advertised. Very comfortable bedding, kitchen has everything needed for cooking, Great access to Stagecoach and Boulder lifts at Heavenly. We've stayed at plenty of VRBOs and this is exceptional for location, kitchen prep, and overall accommodations.
