"Excellent value for money. Communication and access was easy - remember to message for code to lockbox. Parking was great with loads of secure space out the back. This place has been recently done up with a nice finish. Everything was really clean including bathroom, bed and kitchenette (except the grey thing on top of the bed had some stains). Bed was really comfy and fresh. Location wise it was perfect for what i needed as it was close to the arena and near a lot of shops. Only downside...

"Really enjoyed our stay here. The host communicated well throughout. The barn is lovely and spacious with lots of space. The hosts had left little touches such as shower gel and shampoo etc which was lovely. My daughter loved being near the horses and the ladies in the stables next door were really friendly. Couple of niggles - having to walk around the property for the hot tub and cobwebs in windows, lamps and lampshades in bedrooms."

"No frills but good location. I just needed a bed and shower during a trip to see a concert at the nearby De Montfort Hall. It's a great location for that, less than 5mins walk, also near plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. It's cheap so I didn't expect much. The room and toilet/shower was basic but clean. There were no curtains, just blinds...so in the summer and with a heat wave it was quite unbearable. There's an electronic lock on the room doors but not on the main outside door so anyone...
