Hole in bath towel- and the one it was replaced with. Poor communication with spa. Tried to book a massage on 2 occasions in week preceding stay. Had a wonderful stay in the cottage. Underfloor heating was fantastic and the beds were very comfortable. Rosemary was very welcoming and left us a beautiful lemon cake in the kitchen. Don't think I've seen so many excellent reviews on any property and they are all well deserved.
