Place was clean and nice toilet seat loosen downstairs bathroom and light out in the bathroom so made it hard to see otherwise everything else was nice and clean and the driveway could use a little work coming up the hill was hard

It was 20 degrees out so we did not access the hot tub!! Lol. The house was warm and inviting...beyond what I had imagined. Clean and well maintained.

The house did not have WiFi or any working televisions. The house is situated on a very steep incline off of a one lane road on the side of a hill - dangerous road and location. The communications with the owner seemed robotic and almost like automatic replies - not great responses.

It was a great experience over all. Everything was great, the bed was very clean, the shower was spacious and the tub was really good.The only caveat is that the red recliner in the living room has a big tear in the leather, a couple of the power outlets in the building didn't seem to get power, the sign outside the inn was broken and hanging off. Minus those little things it was truly a fun place to stay and I would definitely come back!

Overall great location, remote, great deck/hot tub. No working TVs or WiFi apparently due to a local service provider issue. Property mgmt stated a special separate email was issued regarding internet/tv … never received. Early check in late check out automated text msgs don’t work like they should. Still had to call office after paying for early check in. My code didn’t work, had to call back. Stay over needs new technology /communication software to communicate with their customers. Cabin had a terrible musty smell when we entered, had to air it out. Potential dead rodents? Crumbs on kitchen table- cheese stuck on tablecloth. For the price and cleaning fees, expected a whole lot more on this RETURN visit.

Check in process was not good, management company offered early check in but did not notify us that this was not available until the day of and only because we reached out. The 'free' wifi did not work our entire stay. The A/C was struggling, it listed 2 showers but only had one, description stated DVD player but there were DVD's but no player to be found, the furniture was terrible-ripped with barstools at kitchen table having no padding so you could feel the posts sticking through when you sat down as well as the kitchen table was coated with something sticky that did not come off & there were only 3 plates & cups. The deck was nice and the setting was peaceful.

Dissatisfied in furnishing and inaccurate photos of current condition of couch and stools in kitchen

We selected this property for the deck and comfortable looking couch to relax in the evening. Our code didn’t not work, but after one phone call we received another code and was able to get in the home within 5 mins. The shower drain was clogged and we had to wait for maintenance to show up before the rest of our party could shower. The WiFi did not work and the maintenance guy said that they would have to contact At & T the next day. We never heard back from anyone about the WiFi. Inaccurate description of having WiFi available. The leather couch was completely torn as well as tears on the recliner. We had to put a blanket on the couch to sit down. The kitchen table varnish was very sticky that we had to put towels on the table so that our arms didn’t stick to the table. The table had two chairs and two stools. The 2 stools were wobbly and had the maintenance guy tighten them. The padding on the stools were ripped and worn down. When you sat on them, you could feel the wooden frame. The photos of the inside must have been from a long time ago and does not show the current co futon of the furnishing. The kitchen photos showed a basket with coffee filters so we didn’t bring filters for the coffee pot. There was no basket with filters. We had a party of 4. There were only 4 bath towels available. No wash clothes. No extra towels for the hot tub. The location was great. The house was nice. The bedrooms were comfortable. I am disappointed for what I paid to have had torn up furn

Place was quaint but in need of some love. Check-in code did not work so had to call to get assistance. Rental company was quick to resolve the issue. Kitchen is in dire need of a new table and chairs. Chairs/stools were broken down and was nervous they would fall apart as we sat on them. The table is incredibky tacky - there is a crossword puzzle stuck to it and just placed a mat on top and can hardly peel the mat and dishes off the table after theyve sat for a few minutes. Kitchen had most of the essentials - but not 4 large dinner plates. Furniture was torn and very uncomfortable to sit on. Upstairs was very warm and lower level very cold. Closed a number of vents to try to equalize to no avail. Ceiling fans only work with lights on so could not run at night which lead to a very toasty upper level. Hot tub was well-maintained as was the grill. Quiet, peaceful area.

Great location

The cabin was cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed the porch, side deck, and hot tub. Perfect location to get to great hikes. The manager was super responsive. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working. They tries to fix it and gave us a small refund when it couldn’t re corrected.

When we first got there, the four digit code we were given to enter the place didn’t work, so we had to call and get that resolved. I will say the place was nice and clean! We enjoyed our stay except for one really big problem… We did not have cable or Internet the entire time and while I understand, we might not get cable. I would at least think I could get Netflix on the TVs. There is a satellite dish outside that appears to be broken so you might wanna check that out . Management was supposed to contact me and never did so that was disturbing. A few things to consider1. I know the place is dog friendly, but that couch needs to be replaced.2. The kitchen table is sticky and I did my best to try and clean it, but that should be replaced.3. The mattress on the main floor should be replaced because it sinks into the middle.Again, we really liked the place, but having Internet at some point would've been nicer ThanksLynn & Tony

Needs some improvements especially in communication

We paid for 2 extra hours of time about a week prior to arrival. When we arrived cleaning crew hadn't been notified so they were still working on the house. One was on the porch smoking a cigarette. We had to switch the towels of the previous tenants to the dryer. The house was clean though so they did a good job.The door code didn't work but that was a mild inconvenience and a quick fix.The Internet was out so we promptly called and messed with that for about 2 hours upon arrival. We were told later that there was an outage. We do highly recommend better communication, a secondary source of entertainment being this is a family friendly house (Like an antenna or a DVD player), a light by the fire pit area as it is very dark back there, and some cosmetic fixes of the furniture as there were several tears and breakdown of it. This property has potential and can have everything needed to be a very nice relaxing vacation as we hoped it'd be as the setting is private and so quiet but very close to attractions.

25th Anniversary Getaway

Was having a great time till storms came and blocked road and drive for us to get out. No power for over 18 hours so we headed home early thanks to 2 guys who cut up trees and helped us get out which was ver sketchy!

Can’t lie, the cabin needs a little TLC, really really worn furniture, downstairs bed needs some sort of step to help get into the bed and pots/pans need to be replaced. We went out and bought our own. 2 coffee mugs, 3 wine glasses, only 3 reg size plates, l had to do way more dish washing than I wanted too. But the staff were amazing, we got snowed in. They
