"What an amazing property. A real hidden gem. Property was much larger and more spacious than I expected from the listing. Social living areas downstairs were just fabulous and bedroom spaces upstairs were great. A couple of the bedrooms a bit rough round the edges however all bedrooms nice and clean. Outdoor space was great with a fire pit and outdoor furniture. The propertys location is great for peace and quiet, although there is one property next to it we never seen or heard anyone...

"Excellent stay at Silver Birch. The bed was extremely comfy and the tree house was really well equipped and well furnished. Hot tub was lovely to appreciate the views. Only minor points we would make would be the shower was a little disappointing compared to how luxurious everything else was. Also the spiral stairs to the hot tub felt quite loose, not the safest option. "

"We had a great stay here. The host had wonderful communication before, during, and after our stay. The place is cutely decorated and well stocked. There was plenty of room for my husband and I. There was a dedicated parking spot that was convenient. The area was really quiet while we were there.This was a convenient home base for day trips to Dundee and Glamis. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Thimblewynd from Aug 09 - 24 and would recommend cottage to others. Cottage was ideally suited for two of us. Loved the character of the house combined with the modern amenities i.e. updated upstairs bathroom. "We loved our staycation during our trip. It was clean, had good quality furniture and peaceful, We had trouble finding the building and the communication was super helpful. What we wished for was having some shampoo, body wash, and more toilet tissues than what was left on the holders. I definitely recommend this place. "

"Our party was two married couples all about 60 years old staying one night. We found the space clean, well stocked with a small grocery store close by. The owner was easy to communicate with and provided excellent information. Renters do need to be aware of the loft bedroom access via pull down ladder as some might find it challenging. However, we did not and would stay there again."
