Perfect for a birthday get together. The accommodation was quirky and full of character with plenty of room. Beds were comfortable and clean. The hotel a few minutes away at the end of the road was perfect for bar suppers. Good communication from host

The house was very spacious and beautiful. The host was very helpful, kind and responsive. We had a lovely Christams there and just wished to have stayed for more days. The hot tub was the cherry on top. Really recommend it.

We had a fantastic weekend at the Manse. There is plenty of space, all the rooms are beautiful, clean and the beds are very comfortable. Lovely to use the wood burners when it got a bit chilly. The kitchen is well-equipped and the big driveway was perfect since we had quite a few cars coming. Host is very nice and communication was simple and straight-forward.

Stayed as a family get together to celebrate special birthdays and anniversaries. Fascinating house with plenty room for us all. Super weather meant most of our time was spent outdoors. Good use was made of the hot tub.

Lovely property, beds were really comfy, nice and quiet location, garden secured which was great with having dogs. A great couple of nights stay. Only downside was after we left, a member of our party had realised they left behind something they would like returned, got in touch with host who advised they would check with cleaners but sadly host has never been back in touch.

40th Birthday Celebration

We had an excellent time at this property. 4 stars for cleanliness as windows and skirtings were dusty and a few cracked tiles on the kitchen floor but otherwise very clean and well presented. Summer house could be doing with a little TLC as the doors don't open and a couple of glass/Perspex panels missing from them. House has 2.5 bathrooms, not 1.5 that's in the description.I would definitely recommend this property to friends and would consider returning should we ever require such a large property in the future.

Birthday bash

Impressive very spacious, comfortable house pretty much as described set in a large garden.9 adults and 3 children but we all found plenty of space to interact without getting in each others way . Hotub proved to be a good source of relaxation after a long day .Plenty of places easily reached nearby for daytime walks. Local pub , the Strathy Inn and Bankfoot Inn were both good choices for meals .

Nice big house

Loveley big house plenty bedrooms with 3 toilets.Some of the house has been upgraded but other parts in need of redecorating and upgrading. Lovley big garden and plenty of car space at the rear as you drive in.Village very quiet with 2 bars the Tay hotel 2 minute walk from property and locals make you very welcome. We had a great stay but the weather could have been better but plenty to keep you occupied indoors.

What can we say ? An absolute find of a place ! Amazing weekend away with friends and this beautiful house absolutely made it. Place was so clean for us arriving, amazingly comfy beds and all facilities just perfect. The hot tub is a fab addition - a few of us were hardly out of it. Cannot recommend enough x

60th Birthday Celebration

Gorgeous property, very peaceful and quiet location. Found easily and close to few shops. Tastefully decorated and had everything you need. Had wonderful weekend there. Booked Tayside Hotel ( within walking distance) for dinner, excellent service and food was delicious.

60th birthday celebration

We loved it and would not hesitate in coming back. Everything we needed supplied. Hot tub was particularly special. Full SKY package was a nice surprise. Lovely, spacious, tidy grounds. Very quiet area. Beds a bit soft for my liking but still comfortable. Wifi details supplied didnt work but used details on the router and all was fine. A bit rushed in the morning, 12, or even 11am checkout time would have been better. Overall, 99% happy. Defo stay more than two nights next time

It was a lovely family holiday. Hot tub was brilliant. So clean. Lots of bedrooms made it ideal for young kids all having their own room. The active kids adventure park was brilliant to be soo close. Perth swimming pool locally was also super. We are at Strathord Inn. Not somewhere to look at from the outside but the food was amazing!

Grandpa's (Baba's) 70th birthday treat.

The old manse was perfect for our needs. The kids absolutely loved the air raid shelter. That was their space away from the grown-ups. Extremely well appointed accommodation in a very pretty location. The Active Kids centre was superb. Hot tub was very popular with everyone and even the weather was perfect.
