"Room was spotless, high quality appliances. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially the driver who takes you to and from the slopes. Only thing I would change is having a jacuzzi as the outdoor pool isn’t very warm. Other than that amazing. "

The Capra is an exceptional property: wonderful location, facilities, and service at a very fair price. All the staff are friendly and welcoming; the breakfast is a la carte, but substantial and served quickly; and the common spaces are a great place to be stuck indoors when it rains. "Exceptional friendly Swedish & Spanish staff. Cosy, homely, festive decorated hotel with Xmas spirit. Modern fitted clean bathroom. It's 5* for being a hotel with a heart. It tries v hard to provide 5* service. Don't compare it with The Penisula & alike 'cos that's not the goal. Compare it with the family or friend's holiday home where the hotel ski shuttle (to Valtournenche, Cervinia) frequency and timetable is flexible, transfer to Milan is negotiable, kitchen staff will lend you her own mob...
