Al día siguiente, lo volvimos a señalar al encargado y nos dio otra habitación, completamente diferente, y muy cómoda; nada qué ver con la primera. "The public areas are lovely. The pool area is dirty looking and very shabby, I’d take flip flops. Rooms are dated and could do with a deep clean. In desperate need of a refurbishment and deep clean. Breakfast was warm and not very appetising."

"Absolutely disgusting. Smelt like human piss HORRENDOUSLY. Carpet was miss coloured from stains. Burn marks on blanket. Bed was floor level. Smelt like fresh current cigarette even tho there’s no smoking signs. Would absolutely not stay here!!!!!!! My clothes all smelt the next day. I backpacked Thailand and nothing was this gross. "

"A lovely flat close to all the amenities and transport hubs in Sunderland. Only a 20min walk to the Stadium of Light if you are going to the football. There is a great curry house just next door and a Wetherspoon across the road for breakfast. "

"Property clean and convenient to Seaham. Two short flights of stairs to rooms with 3 sets of doors to go through. No lift and no help to get luggage to room. Registration at bar and staff was busy with patrons so check in and out took time. Parking on site. Security good. "

"Clean & comforts, but there’s no table which even can’t have a simple breakfast. Have 2 sofa which are no use for us. It’s better to have a table & storage drawer."
