LOVE the location, perfect walking distance to John’s Pass, numerous restaurants, the public beach access is just across the road. Unfortunately we had a few issues with the cleanliness of the condo. The towels were rough, dingy and stained, and when we were ready for bed, the sheets did not appear to have been changed between guests. The bed sheets and comforter had stains, and there was dirt on the sheets at the foot of the bed. One bathroom toilet had black spots and and ring under the lid, the baseboards were quite dirty. There was a small hole in the wall in the living room also. Towels were better after I washed them, and we bought some to have while there. We ended up sleeping on top of the comforter with our own sheets and blankets while there. When Management did a check in with us, I explained the issues. They offered to send a cleaning crew to help fix the situation, but we had already been there a couple of days by then. I did state that last year’s stay in a different condo had been amazing and very clean, and for the fees we had to pay for cleaning this time, the job didn’t seem to be getting done. There was a comment about trying to refund some of our cleaning fee, but never received notice about any refund. We also met one of the managers downstairs one day, he asked how our stay was, and I shared with him our issues. He was very receptive to the conversation. Because of their promptness and willingness to rectify the situation, we would love to stay again.
