Great Condo-Great Owner

The condo was wonderful! It was very comfortable and had everything we needed! The only negative was the pool. It was very small and it was the only pool for 2 buildings. If you tried to go later in the day there was no room or chairs.

A Great Stay for our Honeymoon

Good open communication with owners, and everything was clean and convenient. The images they used when initially booking are slightly outdated. There is a new construction that blocks a majority of the view of the ocean from the deck but that is about it.

Cozy, Clean, and Cute!

We had such a lovely time here. The place was clean, cozy, spacious, and had everything we needed (and more). The beach/ocean/shell-themed decor throughout the home was so adorable! We'd definitely stay here again.

Great place

Great location close to beach access and great pool! Condo had every thing you need. For me the bed was to soft . Otherwise it was a great vacation. Would definitely stay there again. Also close to walk for ice cream or Johns pass

Perfect!

It's a beautiful little place. The beds were comfortable. It is well supplied with everything you might need. It is very easy to get to the beach. The restaurant across the street was very good. The owners responded quickly when we needed help.

New Years Stay

The proximity to the beach and boardwalk was perfect. It was an easy walk during to and from. Initially we booked to stay at one unit but due to renovations we were switched to a different building and a bigger suite. We enjoyed our stay and found that the unit had everything we needed. There was the fishy smell each time you first walk in the doorway of the suite but we got used to it after a few minutes. Overall, would definitely recommend!

Vacation in paradise

The condo is adorable, very clean and close to the beach. We walked to everything and loved it. The view from the balcony will change due to construction but i would definitely book this condo again.

We were very happy with the stay at this property. Very clean, nice ocean view, walkable to the beach. The room was well stocked, especially the beach chairs, towels and water toys provided! Very convenient!

Fantastic time

Property was very clean, fabulous view (which sadly will be compromised when condo across the street is built). Short walk to beach across what is a very busy street, but crosswalk is right there so it's not bad. No complaints at all with the condo, very comfortable, well stocked kitchen, we didn't use the pool at all (there for the beach!) but it looked nice. We were very pleased with the property management. We stay at a lot of vacation rentals and have had a lot of issues in the past, but this was an excellent experience. We will definitely seek out iTrip properties in the future. We had one very minor detail when we checked in that was immediately fixed, but most importantly to us was the communication. It was so nice to be able to text someone instead of playing phone tag with an answering service. Sadly the hurricane cut our trip short by one day but we were also satisfied with how that was handled. Very enjoyable stay!

Wonderful Stay!

We love Madeira Beach, especially this condo building! Close to the beach, shops, and restaurants! The condo itself was wonderful! Perfect for a family with a young toddler! There were a few decorative pieces that our toddler could pick up, but I placed those in a drawer during our stay, so not a big deal! Definitely more kid friendly than other condos! The pool was great! Super clean & well maintained! We did have an issue with the dishwasher not wanting to run when trying to do the dishes prior to checkout. However, we were able to text the owner & he told us not to worry about it! So that was really nice! Our family would absolutely stay here again!!!

Great Place

This place was great. It was clean and very nicely decorated. The view is great and the pool was always clean and great temperature. I would recommend this place 100 percent and i been to a lot of other places. I'm sad because they knocked down one house across the street. And going to be knocking the other one down and putting a luxury four-story hotel, which is going to ruin the view but you will still have some ocean to see. Thanks again
