I can’t say enough nice things about this property and the sweet owner, Brandi. She was super with communication before and during our stay. Anything we needed, she was just a text or phone call away.
The cottage is absolutely adorable! You can tell right away that the owner takes great pride in their property. The place is immaculate, the beach decor is so sweet, and the owner has all sorts of little touches that make you feel welcome immediately. The furnishings are inviting and homey. The bed was extremely comfortable. The towels are very nice quality.
We were most blown away with the extra touches though. The owner had provided beach chairs, coolers, beach towels, really nice shampoo, conditioner and body wash - even aloe and after sun lotion! There is a great little welcome book and there are little notes and labels for just about anything you’d have a question about. Any kitchen item you need, it’s there!
Outside there’s a sweet little shared courtyard with a very convenient outdoor shower. Comfy chairs on your patio to enjoy coffee or have a cocktail and admire your seashells. There’s a nice grill in the courtyard and all the grill tools you’ll need as well as a patio table set to enjoy your meal. It’s your own private little oasis, you don’t even realize your right off the busy main avenue! Tip - we got some great gourmet burgers to grill at Publix about a mile down the road.
The location is excellent! Just a walk across the street to get to a beautiful, uncrowded section of beautiful Treasure Island Beach. Just a short walk to get to John’s Pass and all the shops and restaurants located there.
We couldn’t have been any more relaxed or comfortable! The sunburns we got were a little uncomfortable, but we can’t blame that on the cottage…..we were just too relaxed on the beach! Lol! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!
