My family of five came for the Memorial Day weekend. Beaches north and south of us were packed, but the area right by this house felt like it was a private beach just for us! The two balconies both had peaceful views of the water, and the nearby crosswalk made crossing the street to get to the beach easy. The house was very clean and had plenty of room and all the amenities we needed. It was an easy drive to St. Pete and the Clearwater which we visited during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

We took our adult kids and their kids to stay at the Oceanside Beach Cottage for 2 weeks and had an amazing time! The property was awesome with all the things we needed to feed our group and enjoy the hot days on the beach! We would highly recommend this VRBO!

Had a wonderful time during our week. Great location and great place. Would definitely rent again. My only complaint would be ac is set and locked at 72. Couldn’t go any longer and some nights it was a bit warm sleeping. But other than that we loved it.

My family of four stayed here with family friends for our annual beach vacation. The property was absolutely perfect. Plenty of room for everyone and the perfect set-up for hanging out and playing games each evening. Would love to return!

Beautiful home located steps away from beach. Love the openness of rooms, decor, kitchen.all the living areas. Everyone loved the upper and lower screened in sitting areas. Love to book again!

Awesome house!! Great neighborhood and a nice park right around the corner the boys played basketball at everyday. Very clean house with very nice furnishings. Great communication with the host. House was outfitted with everything to get you started quick on a vacation without running to the store right away other than to get food. Beach chairs and toys were the best you can get!! Please please all renters help keep the stuff they provide nice by taking care of it. We will be booking again for sure.

This was an awesome house. We rent often and this house was one of my favorites. It was fresh, clean, had everything we could ask for, (especially since we were traveling by plane and could not come with a carload of stuff.) Tons of nice, new beach chairs, umbrella, wagon and beach towels, also plenty of bath towels, etc. Great layout for two families or one. You have a direct and beautiful view of the water from both screened porch balconies. The walk to the beach is easy, just to the corner with a convenient crosswalk and you are at the beach access. The screen porch downstairs is great for parents to hang out and have a cocktail while kids watch a movie inside. Very convenient outdoor shower as well. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property with views of the ocean; very short walk to the beach. We were a group of 7 women, all in our sixties. We failed to ask for elevator access, so several of us had some difficulties with the many steps, but we made it work. Be advised, there may be trash or recycling left from previous renters that needs to be put out. We didn’t have any ourselves at recycling day, then realized later it was half full from the previous renter. Oops! Everything you need for the beach - chairs, wagon, cooler, toys, boogie boards. Overall, a wonderful property that we would visit again. Thank you!

This place was the best!! It is very clean and was well stocked with anything you would need. Very open on the main floor so we could all hang out together. Excellent location to everything. We would highly recommend this beautiful place to anyone! And we’ll definitely will be back!!

Enough comfy beds for everyone. The closet of beach stuff was a huge plus. The property manager texted and we were able to have communication w them the entire trip. A snafu on our last night: the entire fire alarm system went off randomly at 4:50am with no reason. Thankfully it turned off on it’s own after the entire house was sent scrambling for four minutes. No explanation.

We felt so spoiled in this house. It literally has everything you need and more! The beach is right across the street and the storage room in the patio is filled with everything you need for the beach. The beds were all super comfy, kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessities (even had kid plates, bowls, cups and utensils!) and it was super clean and decorated beautifully. We absolutely loved redington beach, as it was not crowded and all of the locals were super friendly. There’s also a shaded playground within walking distance which was super nice for the kids. We will definitely be back!

This Beachhouse was amazing! It was beautiful inside with updated furnishings and appliances! Great walking distance to the beach. We had 10 people 2 adults and 8 18 year olds...the trolley that ran in front of the house was great for them to go to johns pass which was only 3 miles down the beach and where all the action is, lots to do there...the house is on a very busy road so sitting on the balconies were a little noisy but not a big deal...parking was a little tricky with large vehicles pulling in and out but having the garage helped a lot with that. We would definitely return to this area!

Easy everything! You will love this home! Room for everyone. Kitchen open to living room. Upstairs has separate living room. House was immaculate. We would stay again. If you feel you will need the elevator for elderly or someone disabled, make sure you plan for that at booking. Have a blast during your stay. We certainly did! ThAnk you beach time rentals.

This house was so pretty and well appointed! There is a large living room on the main floor and another one upstairs. This was perfect for adults and kids to be separate for entertainment or together. The house had high end everything, from the appliances to the furnishings. Everything you may need was provided right down to the wine fridge and rabbit wine opener! It’s located right across from the public beach access (3 minute walk max) and in the outdoor patio/kitchen area there is a storage closet where they provide everything you need for beach fun ( umbrellas, chairs, toys etc). Beach was never crowded, clear, beautiful water and powder fine white sand. Would rent this place again and again. LOVE!

Our family of 4 loved our stay at this beautiful townhome! The home was bright, clean and well-equipped. The location is ideal, as it is right across the street from the beach and near many excellent restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Moreover, the property management group was amazing and very responsive. We highly recommend!
