The condo had a great location, was perfect for our family, was well stocked with linens and kitchen needs but....Pool and hot tub were closed the entire time we were there, with no indication of this when we booked and elevator was down for repairs the entire time.

We loved our time at the Arie Dam! The condo was beautiful and had everything that we needed. The location could not have been better-right on the beach and walking distance to plenty of restaurants and John’s Pass. We will definitely be back!

The condo itself was everything in the description, very well equipped with everything you can imagine. We saw manatees and dolphins in the mornings from our balcony. The employees at the property were all so very friendly, the area is safe. My only complaint would be that the elevator was unusable when we arrived and for the entire week we were there. Fortunately, we were on the 2nd floor.

This was the perfect location with the perfect accommodations for lifetime friends to take our annual vacation. The condo was well stocked and comfortable. Thank you so much for making us feel at home. We plan to return again.

We had a great time. The condo was clean, easy to get to into, lots of living space! Big master bathroom and bedroom with a very large walk in closet. Loved having the washer and dryer in our unit. The second bedroom was big had nice walk in closet. The kitchen had lots of pots/ pans utensils. Plenty of plates and cups. The view is prefect from the living room and the balcony. Gorgeous sunsets from our room and from the beach.

Enjoyed the beach and pool area. Perfect place for us. The condo had beach chairs and a beach umbrella to use which was great. Balcony view was amazing. Good breakfast spot across the street. We really enjoyed this place. It was everything we wanted and more!

My whole family was definitely impressed with this place! Amazing sunsets, ocean breeze right on the balcony, easy check in and a nice covered parking spot. No issues with anything. The bedrooms and bathrooms are both nice and spacious. The kitchen is very functional. We didn’t cook, but it looked like it was well stocked for any cooking needs. The pool was great! Shade in the morning and in the afternoon when it gets hot and you want a break from the beach. And the hot tub was a very nice bonus we definitely used a lot. My teens (14 & 16) had a blast! And my spouse and I would definitely recommend and will hopefully get to stay here again!

Our time spent at this property was exemplary. The condo was clean, there were plenty of supplies, and the location of this condo is superb. Check-in was easy, and the hosts checked-in with me periodically to make sure everything was okay. This is one of the few properties I have stayed at, on the beach, that has had more than enough bathroom towels, beach towels, kitchen supplies, and beach-related items. The condo is spacious and very comfortable, and the large outdoor patio had several tables and chairs. I definitely look forward to returning!

What a wonderful property! The view at sunset? Incredible. Clean? Very. Equipped for fun? Absolutely. This unit was very well appointed with beach chairs, fishing poles and kid's beach toys. Overall, a great experience!

This condo was great for our family trip. The view is amazing and loved the easy access to the pool and beach. Great communication and easy check in/check out process. We especially loved how this was a smaller building which made our trip even more relaxing. Within walking distance to a few restaurants and about a mile away from John’s Pass which has a lot of restaurants and shops. Hope to come back some day!
