The view of the beach was great, totally unobstructed. We felt like we were on the beach, but without any interference. The room was delightful; the bed was very comfortable; the bathroom shower was excellent. The kitchen was modern and well equipped. Our only suggestion would be for a table on the balcony where we could eat our meals.

That view, it was so pretty. Absolutely gorgeous. The pool was very nice, it was nice to have a fully stocked kitchen, the bathrooms were very nice, we enjoyed it very much.

The condo was spacious with a beautiful view of the Gulf. We were excited that the hot tub on the property was finished and up and running, along with the heated pool. The building is small, so it was quiet and not crowded at all. The other owners & guests were friendly.

This property was absolutely wonderful. Everything from the layout, the beautiful bathrooms, t h e balcony views,even the bech chairs and twols, were great. The location is great to be able to go different directions to shop and eat. Would love to be able to stay here again.

This condo was beautiful, clean and all around awesome. We were very impressed with the spa like bathrooms. Kitchen was open to the living room and the awesome view/balcony to the Beautiful beach. Pool was awesome too. Would love to stay there again the next time we are in the area.

Great property. Very clean and spacious. The view is awesome, with gorgeous sunsets each evening. Corner condo provides lots of privacy and quiet. Large sliding doors to living area and master bedroom bring the ocean breeze and sound right into the room, making a peaceful nighttime. Lots of sitting room in common area and very comfy beds. Nice, large showers are relaxing after a long day at the beach. We came at the perfect time in Sept and the area was not busy nor crowded. Condo was definitely a home away from home. Would highly recommend. Thank you to the host for sharing their little piece of paradise. Side note: The condo maintenance man was also very kind and attentive. He worked hard every day keeping the property clean and beautiful for its guests. Sadly, the hot tub is still damaged from last years hurricane but we enjoyed the pool every morning and afternoon. Facility has been remodeled and everything looks nice. Great place to vacay.

beautiful condo

The condo had a great location, was perfect for our family, was well stocked with linens and kitchen needs but....Pool and hot tub were closed the entire time we were there, with no indication of this when we booked and elevator was down for repairs the entire time.

Beautiful place and area!

We loved our time at the Arie Dam! The condo was beautiful and had everything that we needed. The location could not have been better-right on the beach and walking distance to plenty of restaurants and John’s Pass. We will definitely be back!

The condo itself was everything in the description, very well equipped with everything you can imagine. We saw manatees and dolphins in the mornings from our balcony. The employees at the property were all so very friendly, the area is safe. My only complaint would be that the elevator was unusable when we arrived and for the entire week we were there. Fortunately, we were on the 2nd floor.

Girls trip

Fantastic Views!

We had a great time. The condo was clean, easy to get to into, lots of living space! Big master bathroom and bedroom with a very large walk in closet. Loved having the washer and dryer in our unit. The second bedroom was big had nice walk in closet. The kitchen had lots of pots/ pans utensils. Plenty of plates and cups. The view is prefect from the living room and the balcony. Gorgeous sunsets from our room and from the beach.

Summer Vacation

Enjoyed the beach and pool area. Perfect place for us. The condo had beach chairs and a beach umbrella to use which was great. Balcony view was amazing. Good breakfast spot across the street. We really enjoyed this place. It was everything we wanted and more!

Amazing place at Mad Beach!

My whole family was definitely impressed with this place! Amazing sunsets, ocean breeze right on the balcony, easy check in and a nice covered parking spot. No issues with anything. The bedrooms and bathrooms are both nice and spacious. The kitchen is very functional. We didn’t cook, but it looked like it was well stocked for any cooking needs. The pool was great! Shade in the morning and in the afternoon when it gets hot and you want a break from the beach. And the hot tub was a very nice bonus we definitely used a lot. My teens (14 & 16) had a blast! And my spouse and I would definitely recommend and will hopefully get to stay here again!
